Review of building manager of 450 Dallas St property. Dexter is efficient, responsible and personable in any of our interactions with him. He has responded to all of our inquiries promptly and finds solutions if they are necessary. He keeps the common areas clean and maintains the building in a way that makes it a pleasure to enter. The best!

Strand are the most ruthless company I have ever dealt with. They employ Devon Properties at the Victoria who are also terrible people. On my move out date the harassed me and my movers while watching the whole time. I had to return with the police the following day and they refused to meet for the inspection. They filed a claim against me for damages and cleaning when the apartment was spotless and no damage which I have proof of. They are refusing to return my deposit and trying scare me into paying more. I have arrears which they have refused to take payment for but instead fixed with two different collection agencys to try to collect twice on the arrears while matter is still in court. Every email is filed with lies and vagueness on their part to avoid taking any blame. While living there I had no parking spot which I paid for. I had numerous repairs left unfixed, the apartment was dirty when I went to move in and they told me it was my problem and I was welcome to find another place. Their Properties are poorly managed there's definitely money laundering and scamming happening, and they have been dishonest since day one.

Beautiful, welcoming building with a seamless move in experience. Any problems I’ve had in my unit have been sorted out day of. Super clean and spacious unit with an amazing view. Building is also very walkable to main street and restaurants around Fraser.

I love my apartment. It's a cute little spot in a very convenient location. Gordon was very helpful when I was looking for a place and he showed me lots of great options. I feel very lucky to have found this place. It has its quirks but Gordon always responds quickly and effectively to my concerns. My experience the last 2 years has been lovely.

We live at the White House a couple of years, and we love it most of the time. Our building manager is a very nice person. Unfortunately, cleaning is a hard that's the reason sometimes that the building public spaces fail the cleaning standard. The requests for maintenance repairs go on for months and months without being been taking care. Perhaps is not the building manager's fault but Devon's priorities.

We are a family of four and are really enjoying our experience at the Comma Fraser. The 3 bedroom condo we are renting is super nice and well-designed and the kitchen has way more cupboards than usual. The kids love playing ping pong in the multi-purpose room. Cheyanne the property manager has been wonderful. She is very organized and helpful and gets back to you right away if you have questions. Great place to rent and awesome location in Fraserhood!

I would like to share a positive experience. About your resident Manager at One Tree Meadow.Jennifer Allison Runs this place like a shinning star. I have been a home owner for most of my life. I observe many issues that arise in an all rental building. Jenn keeps everything running like a well oiled machine. I commend you for hiring such a competent manager, she is one of the biggest reasons I continue to rent here.Niles

I will preface this review with the fact I haven't moved in yet, however, the service provided getting set up to move in with one of their apartment buildings in the Victoria area has been nothing short than amazing! We are relocating from Vancouver and it has been super stressful (although exciting) time, and having Cathy and Bree helping us through the leasing process remotely has reduced this stress significantly. I have had some really unfortunate experiences with property managers and landlords in the past, but this experience so far has restored my faith in property owners.
