Alberta Beer Festivals

Was skeptical at first when I arrived. Was pleasantly surprised at how big the venue turned out to be and how many vendors were there. It was a great experience overall, will definitely attend again next year. The only negative is that there could have been a few more bathrooms.

My friends and I have going to the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival for years, it is an amazing show! It is always great to chat to the local brewers to try their new and upcoming products. If you like craft beer, this festival is a must.

One of the best experiences! Had so much variety from honey wine to fried cheese curds, to worlds best shaft on draft! Overall, the setup was great, free shuttles and found the best local food & drinks :) 10/10 will be attending again.

ABF events are awesome! The community is great, there are endless things to see and do - so many great beers and other beverages to sample, and the food is amazing!

Lines were quick, abundant amount of craft brews and spirits to choose from. (Couldn't get to all hahaaa) met awesome people, new friends, music was lit and great time

This is an amazing event. The fact that I can bring my family and bond over some drinks and get everyone together was amazing. I had not only my family but my boyfriend and his friends attend as well as a couple co workers.Such a fun event and great way to get to know people and local beers/bars/restaurants in the city.So thankful that I got to go for another year.

Lots of fun for sure!!! Would go again but maybe not spend as much $$$$$. It is somewhat on the expensive side for tiny glasses of beer and small food portions. It seems like the vendor motivation is profits first and product promotion second.

I’ve had so many amazing experiences with ABF. Indoor, outdoor, mountains, city…all their events are wonderfully planned and the staff, volunteers and vendors are really approachable and knowledgeable. It’s so much fun even if you aren’t a beer drinker (or a drinker at all), there are usually cider or spirits to sample as well as craft sodas from various Alberta vendors. The Banff beer fest is my favourite, the first time I attended I walked in the door and thought “I have found my people!” They had free shuttle buses running from Banff avenue to the event site and back on a regular basis, so well organized! Very laid back and friendly, plus how can you go wrong with beautiful scenery, friends and beer?
