I just bought my first home with Jessica at Nest, and I can't say enough good things about her. Obviously, buying your first home can be a stressful time, but Jessica made the entire experience - with all its ups and downs- feel easy. Thanks to her patience and professionalism, we were able to find something that checked all the boxes for me, and she made me feel like we were in it together every step of the way.I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy something in the area.

I reached out to Nest Realty and was introduced to Paige. Right from the start, she was bubbly, honest, determined, trustworthy & she had such a contagious positive attitude. She helped me maintain an open mind with house showings. She exudes such positivity & confidence. She offered her very welcomed opinions & suggestions. Knowing that she would be “just a little busy” bringing a new little miracle into the world, she referred me to one of her fellow Nesters & she worked together with him to make my home purchase happen. It took a few offers on a few different properties before I rec'd “the call” from Paige who might I add, sounded just as happy & excited for me as I was! Would 10/10 recommend Paige to be your Realtor in your future home buying journey.

Had a agent from this office show my property. They allowed their client to bring a dog into my home. Their excuse was it was a therapy dog and the client carried it while in home. A professional would have contacted the listing agent and explained the situation and received permission from the home owner. Which I would not have given. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Recently purchased our first home with Nest Realty and had a great experience with Meg! She was great to answer all of our questions in a quick and timely manner no matter the time of day and was very knowledgeable about the process.She was not afraid to tell us her opinion on every home and point out the pros and cons of each. Meg went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on our home and even went as far as pricing out flooring for homes we were interested in. She was very professional and fun to work with. Paige Eddie was a terrific help when my partner and I were looking for our new home. Our search spanned not only Chatham-Kent but also Windsor-Essex county. Paige was able to expertly coordinate viewings in both counties at times and dates that fit our schedule's which was difficult as we were out of town buyers. Paige was professional, courteous and easy to reach at all times of the day. Her guidance enabled us to secure a new home only 10 days after our search began. Paige has many resources and connections within the real estate realm which made the experience as first time home buyers far easier than expected.
