So seriously guys best service I received here... really good pair of glasses with variety just bought a prescription glasses for me and my husband. they are even willing to help beyond their approach really appreciate the efforts of male representative there. Good place to get a new pair of glasses.

Great service. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and showed me several options. Through the benefit of their experience I actually picked a pair of glasses that I put back on the rack after the first few I tried on. Based on my feedback during the process of trying on other frames they recommended I should go back and try a certain frame I had initially rejected and I am very happy that I listened to the recommendation. Not the first time I have purchased glasses from Kanda and it will not be the last. I also get my contact lenses from them!

Kanda Optical's customer service is amazing. I like to give a big shout out to Komal who was extremely helpful and super friendly ! Komal took her time and gave me her honest opinions on what looks best on me. She also fixed my glasses without for free.

Best place to get glasses. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife, 7yr old son and I received an eye exam and picked out our glasses, everything was promptly ready in a very short time.

Tanveer has been extremely helpful today with helping me select a pair of sunglasses for the upcoming spring/summer season. He introduced himself to me as soon as I walked into the door and provided me with a vast selection of options to choose from. He gave me detailed information regarding warranties, brand names and quality of product.Overall it was an amazing experience and I would love to run into Tanveer again on my next trip!

Very nice people, and great customer service! Didn’t purchase my eyeglasses there, but they were very kind and didn’t mind fixing my glasses. I will totally be one of their customers going forward. Recommend this place as they do have excellent customer service, and the store also has a very good selection of glasses.

We received exceptional customer service at Kanda Optical in Milton the other day. We came in half hour before close to pick two pairs of eyeglasses as a rush, the two ladies that work there, Komal and Vighna were absolutely welcoming, very professional and pleasant, not to mention very patient and willing to truly help us pick out the best frames. They really cared that we were happy with our choices not only for the look but for our budget. I ended up returning the next day to make a change to my order and even then, Komal was more than accommodating. My family and I highly recommend this location, they have excellent customer service and a wide range of designer frames to choose from. Thank you Kanda Optical!!
