I’ve been going here for years and my partner too and the service and work here has always been consistent! I’ve been seeing Mayo for hair color and cut, and she’s been great!I love it when they wash my hair because it’s almost like a spa session. The products they use seem high quality and smell so good! Their customer service is superior to previous salons I’ve been in Toronto and the pricing is very fair, if not on the cheaper side actually.If you plan to come here, it’s cash only! And ask for Mayo!

Been going to this salon for long time. Close to 10 years. I have nothing bad but only good to say they are very good with their price and service. My recent stylist, Mayo is very detail oriented and focus when doing my haircut. Very appreciated and lucky for me to find her as my stylist

This is now my new go-to hair salon. I have been trying so many korean and Japanese hair salon around the area but this one is one of the best compared to the price, the hype and customer service. As they take cash only so the price is cheaper than others hair salon but the salon is nice, clean and friendly staff. It might be the most affordable Japanese hair salon i have ever been to. My hairdresser *Chihiko have done a great job for my hair even she doesn’t speak English well but I am super satisfied with her style and skills. All my dead end was trim and cut carefully, leaving my hair so soft and nice. I was late but they are so welcoming and friendly to give me advice and everything. Plus, the tip here is go straight to the hairdresser you can tip him/her personally. Love love it!

I've been a regular for over 6 years and have only great things to say. Great customer service, very friendly staff. My hairstylists Masumi and Mayo are very meticulous and always do a great job.

I hadn't had a haircut in a long while since before having a baby lol. My hair was so easily tangled since i had it lightened and had not maintained it too well... i just wanted like 4 inches cut off. The person who washed and cut my hair was so careful not to tug when she detangled it. I'm glad I finally got it cut. It's much more manageable now

Haircuts are good even though due to inflation it’s gone from $30 including wash for female long hair to $40 sometimes $45 dry cut only depending who’s sitting at the desk. Calling to book is always challenging and takes so long if you don’t speak Korean because they barely speak English and always have trouble understanding even when you’re just spelling out simple letters and numbers nothing difficult.

Service was good. Haircut not so good. At first, after the haircut and styling it looked great but then after I washed my hair a few days later, it was so uneven, left side of my hair was shorter than the right and my bangs ended at the back of my head instead of near the front. I showed them a photo too and it looked nothing like it. Probably won’t go back again.

I recently got my hair washed and cut at this salon. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be back. The service was fast and also very friendly. The price is so reasonable and the quality of the haircut I got was comparable to places where I’ve paid 4 times the cost….so I’ll definitely be coming here all the time now.
