Very accommodating! Recently had a bad experience with my dealership who didn’t seem like they wanted to make the effort for our business. We decided to go to Kal Tire for a second opinion. Dylan was very straightforward and helpful, he managed to squeeze us in and diagnose a leaky tire on the spot, when they were extremely busy. Very impressed by the level of service and desire for customer satisfaction. I will be going here from now on as opposed to my dealership. Thank you very much Dylan and well done!

Friendly service and quality work! They did a great job replacing the breaks on my truck, and recently fit me in to get an emergency tire replacement done. Highly recommend, and will call them first for any issues in the future.

Highly recommend their exemplary service. I’ve been coming to the Castlegar location for several years now. They never disappoint. They booked me in on an emergency basis and took care of the problem right away. The technician worked quickly and efficiently and was very courteous. Very happy!

Kal tire Castlegar displayed exemplary professional service,following our drive through a recent interior highway mud slide. A same day appointment and excellent diagnosis with involved staff solved all problems. Efficiency and effectiveness were consistently displayed by personable and polite technicians Castlegar is fortunate to have this awesome resource.

These guys are awesome! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They didn't try to upsale me, in fact, they asked me questions to ensure I wasn't buying a tread too aggressive (and more expensive) than what I actually needed. They also didn't charge me a penny more than they quoted me (in fact, they charged me a little bit less). The tire protection is the best in the industry: I went backcountry driving on some logging road, my vehicle didn't have proper tires for that adventure, so I popped a tire in the middle of nowhere at the top of a mountain, miles away from home. When I managed to limp down to the nearest Kal Tire, they fixed up my tire at no charge! Worth the peace of mind!

Some guy through a bunch of nails on the road and peppered my tyres and levelled all both my trucks. The guys at Castlegar Kal-tire were super awesome, easy to work with, they managed to fit me in and overall just good dudes, I’ll definitely be coming back for work from them. Nothing bad to say.

Terrible experience, 1 month ago, I asked for a quote on a lift kit. I phoned back 2 times in that month looking for the quote only to be asked today what type of vehicle is it for???? I was told it's not in the system, and nobody had even started on my quote. I was more than patient, but I will spend my money elsewhere. FYI, I had spent thousands on tires and wheels with them over the years, so I was a loyal customer. I'm not sure where Tim is, but I never had a problem dealing with him.
