Everyone I met at this Rona was super helpful. The painting ladies, Michael at the front store, the manager in the yard... The list goes on. Thanks for all your guidance, recommendations, and being willing to learn when you didn't know the answer right away. I'm a huge fan of this place.

Customer service is fantastic since the reopening of the store. The contractor service team go out of their way to help me with my ordering and loading. They greet me by name and being open 7 days a week is is certainly a bonus.. Great job guys , welcome back!!

Was looking for some lighting. I guy named Geoff was absolutely awesome. This guy should be the gm for this place. Such knowledge and helpfulness. Honestly I can't remember the last time I had service like that. Definitely returning there!

I was skeptical after I read the old reviews about this location, but I decided to visit yesterday to seek out what I needed to build a pegboard for my sewing room. Everyone who assisted me was friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The store is clean an well-organized. I got the impression that I could approach anyone there if I needed help, and I would get it with no problem. As another reviewer said, this is NOT the old Rona. I will happily be shopping here again.

We really enjoy the new store and the staff have been exceptional every time we've come here. They recognize us (small town perks) and always offer assistance which we gladly accept. The store is well organized and super clean too, can't ask for much more!

What a difference from the clown posse in the Vernon Rona. Staff at the Salmon Arm store are helpful and courteous. Mr. Lowe needs to have a house cleaning in Vernon and put the staff at Salmon Arm in charge instead of the people who think they know what they're doing -but they don't have a clue.

New Rona! Same non existent customer service!! Got told product were in stock (36 units) on the phone. However, when we arrived couple of hours later, it was all gone! Can’t believe that many people are building counters.Don’t count on what the staff tells you over the phone!
