Coast Appliances - Burlington

Recently I had my washer stop working so I decided to look into purchasing a new washer/dryer set. With the help of the salesman Carmen Santino I was able to get a new set delivered and installed for a very reasonable price! He helped me through the whole process and kept me informed of everything I needed to know. The two installers did a fantastic job removing the old appliances and installing the new ones. I didn't catch their names but they were very polite and everything looks amazing, despite having very little room to work with they got the job done. Overall I'm extremely happy with my new washer/ dryer set and would recommend anyone looking for any new appliances to consider using Coast Appliances - Burlington! Invoice Q00130243

I had the best service at coast appliance Burlington. Our fridge broke down and we had no clue where to even start. Sara in sales was amazing help. She gave us all the information we needed and she made us feel so comfortable that we purchased the fridge that day with her. We will always go back to coast appliance to see Sara again. If anyone wants a great sales person go see Sara at coast appliance Burlington you won’t be disappointed !

save your money and time, and go buy your appliances from somewhere else.I made an order for 2 houses ahead of time by 5 months to avoid any issues, and up till 1 Day" from the delivery date I "myself" figured out that the appliances are not coming with no heads up from the store or the sales person.Then when I've reached out to try to solve that problem

We went in to just look around after our dishwasher broke. We were greeted by Brody who was very pleasant and won me over when he wasn’t at all pushy AND spoke to me as well as my husband. I have often been out to stores with my husband where they completely ignore me and only speak with my husband so I really appreciated that. He was extremely respectful, kind, helpful and friendly. We ended up purchasing a fridge as well because we were so impressed by the service. Less than two weeks ago we went back to buy a new range/stove and over the range microwave and again were treated extremely well, offered free delivery, and Brody and the manager Rob were extremely helpful in researching childproofing options for us. In a short time we already have had them delivered. Would 110% recommend dealing with Brody; he is very knowledgeable in their products. He is very nice and none of them are pushy at all. Really like this store and their serviceDelivery team was awesome as well and very friendly too!

We purchased all our Kitchen appliances from this location. Carm was our sales advisor and had a great experience. He was very informative of all the products and selected models that were the right fit for my family (vs showing the most expensive stuff first). I really appreciated him letting us take our time with no pressure. This is the 2nd purchase of appliances from this store and great experience both times. Prices are very competitive to other stores and the process from order to delivery was smooth.

June2022.Carm, helped us with our purchase today. Was friendly and helpful. Hopefully, products when received compliments the experience.December 2022. After receiving 2 of the 3 ordered appliances I thought I would update this review. We picked up the range ourselves a few days after ordering everything in June but did not install it since we would start renovations in August. We were told the dishwasher and fridge would be delivered together in September. In November we finally installed the range and we initially had concerns about the fit and finish. A technician was sent out and arrangements were made to replace parts. But we canceled the order since we ended up fixing the problem (a crooked storage drawer pictures attached) ourselves.The refrigerator was delivered during this time and when my wife started cleaning the interior discovered a puncture in the back behind a shelf that slides but should be fixed. See the picture. Something was missed in QA. We filed a complaint on this at the same time as the range and were told the refrigerator would be exchanged but it's now almost 3 months and Coast keeps updating the file saying they will reach out to LG I assume.January 2023, Regarding the BOSCH dishwasher, we have had the delivery date changed 4 times now. I finally reached out directly to Bosch Cda. They confirmed they are still filing orders from 2021 as of the fall of 2022. I anticipate we won't see fulfillment until summer 2023. So some issues are the responsibility of Coast Appliances and some are the manufacturer. I hope to update this review that everything works out well, time will tell.

I am giving this store very bad review. And here is why. I've a microwave from them and just opened the box not even unpacked it and realized it is a wring size for me. So wanted to drive ot the store to return. Unfortunately... You gotta spend time to work on some stupid return request form, make lots of picture and wait until someone will call you. Then when they call they ask you to UNPACK the thing, make a picture of serial number, sent it to them and then PACK IT AGAIN. All on your own time so they will be happy. Seriously????PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Was a great experience very fast, very efficient and got exactly what we wanted. A lady named Sabrina helped us write to the sale and another lady who was there. I can't remember. Her name began with an n. She really helped by understanding on exactly what I needed five stars. We expected it to be a long day searching for what we needed but this was a one-stop shop. Anytime anyone is looking you should go to this place. It is awesome. Coast has everything you need and more

We purchased a new home and needed all appliances. Gerry was our sales agent. He was very friendly and informative. However, although his inventory showed stock of all the items we purchased when it came time to deliver he could not find one of the items and we had to purchase it elsewhere incurring double the delivery charge. Other than that it was a good experience.

My husband and I had to purchase all appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer) for our second property. The best decision we made was going to Coast and divine intervention led us to Carmen. His expertise and aesthetic allowed us to completely have faith in choosing the right appliances while always respecting our budget. He was so meticulous and diligent in listening to our needs. We needed the appliances right away, and we got delivery of everything on the delivery day we chose. A+ service not only by Carmen but the delivery gentlemen, Jazz and Paul from Elite (a third party company), who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything we needed was provided. I cannot thank you all enough.
