They are in NO rush at all here, lol. 7 ppl. 2 ppl having a conversation, one person making food. One person chasing their tail. 2 more ppl talking in the back. 1 person walking around wiping things and another walking between cash machines taking orders and then making the orders she's taking. No leader here at all anywhere.Waiting area packed full..ppl leaving out of frustration lol

While there is a Tim Horton adjacent, it was the bas bar C store i was at. Super nice staff and boy are they efficient and service minded! I grabbed a lemonade and a slice of pizza. The pumps were hopping but the woman gave me an extended greeting and a jovial best wishes good bye. The food server was attentive and careful handing my food while boxing, gave me plenty of napkins and offered a bag which i declined. Nice to see people who show pride in their jobs!

Fairly consistent service, and by that I mean consistently slow. I’ve waited up to 20 minutes for a coffee and a bagel during busy hours. Along with that, on a number of occasions my order has been wrong, or extras were missed. If I’m close, I’ll go to this Tim Hortons, but it’s not worth driving more than five minutes here, there are better locations in that radius.

I ordered a coffee with oat milk as I am severely lactose intolerant. After getting my roommate to test it, we realized I received a coffee with regular milk. Had I drank it and not noticed, I would be in the hospital right now. If it has a non dairy option, PLEASE adhere to that as it's not just a preference""

Convenient Tim's in an Esso gas station just off Lougheed Highway.They also offer Soy and Almond plant-based milk alternatives and also have cold brew at this branch.

The crew muskrat & the supervisor T Kaur (which her name tag is faded) are very non professional, rude and disrespectful. I ask for chilli Veggies in a box which it usually comes and they put it in a small cup. I told her that it comes in a box and I've ate like 100 times and this supervisor getting more rude. I wish the restaurant manager can see this, what their stuff are doing here. So pathetic. Fries are hard rock & cold

Such a busy location, but very disorganized.Atleast have a mobile pickup spot instead of having people line up again for their pre-ordered order. What's the point of doing so if you have to wait again?

They cannot follow instructions from doordash! They don't allow options for notes so they cannot be told I select no cheese due to allergies. No cheese" is always ignored. I am not the only person this has happened to."
