I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. After a trip to another location, and a one hour call to tech. support with nothing resolved, the two young gentlemen at the Lindsay store stuck with it until they figured out what the problem was. Thank you so much.

I had the best experience working with Riley from Telus! It was a seamless process to upgrade my phone. He answered all my questions and it was a great experience.

I like Telus… the only thing I don’t Ike is new customers get better deals than older customers who pay their bill on time for 20+ years… Changing my review because they don’t give out loyalty discounts anymore! As if Telus is not expensive enough! Just here to rob your money

Me and my boyfriend were in Telus on Sunday and Riley went out of his way to help us with a big issue we had to deal with and stayed after hours to help us get it figured out as we were leaving for a trip the next day! I was out today hoping to finally get ... a whole new phone (number, plan-- everything!) And with having nowhere specific in mind that I may end up finding what I wanted... to be honest, the only reason I ended up at dallas, was because they're another people in the store at the time; the store itself, was inviting- clean, spacious, bright and airy... and upon walking in, I met with/was greeted by Jason who seemed genuinely approachable: knowledgeable, clear, concise and capable-- like BOOM! I walked in, explained my truth, told him what I was looking for-- and HE listened; and the first device he showed me (the Motorola Edge) which most-definitely had everything I needed and was hoping to find (and the price/plan wasn't so bad either!) Professional -- yet, authentic (like no pitch-y know-it-all bs & banter). And too, he had manners. (UNLIKE the incredibly rude woman -- whom I offered to go ahead of me as she was audibly" agitated-- for having had to stand there for all of 2 minutes! And had no problem taking me up of my offer to "go ahead"-- without any sort of acknowledgment -- a nod or a thank you; though
