I felt completely supported through the entire process, I particularly enjoyed dealing with Dejan Ristic and Maranda Cunningham, they are doing a wonderful job. I would recommend Orizon wholeheartedly for the value, their responsiveness, quality of services and equipment.

A representative from this company came to my door offering to prepare a quote for solar installation. They're main goal seemed to be to sell me the equipment as opposed to providing a quote and options. I was ask what my credit score was, and also asked if 'i would move forward with the install' if they provided the quote. Plus not all of the information provided was entirely accurate. I also don't like door-to-door sales and tactics. I wonder if the prohibition on door to door energy sales covers solar power?

A true knowledgeable gentleman named Colby came to my door yesterday educating me about the benefits of solar energy. Even though I let him know I would be moving to a new home soon, he took the time to let me know all the benefits and reasons so many people were turning to solar energy. He made me feel comfortable and not at all pressured in the process. He advised me to keep track of my energy usage for the next few months in my new home and told me he added me to his calendar to follow up with in the spring. Said if the numbers make sense, he will help me explore my options further, but if not, he wouldn’t pressure me into anything I wouldn’t need. Wish more salespeople that came to my door were like him. Usually it’s a sign now before you lose out type of thing. Not with him. He gave me real facts and let me know I probably do have some time to consider it. He did ask me to check out their YouTube channel and write a review either way on my experience with his company. although I haven’t bought anything from them yet, they are my first option in my new home if I decide to look further into solar panels and Colby will definitely be hearing from me! After reviewing their YouTube channel and instagram, which he sent me links to, they are the real deal. Hence this review. I wish Colby and Orizon solar panels the best of luck in the future! Glad to see a local Edmonton company doing great work in a very niche field of Alberta. Keep up the great work Colby and the rest!

I was first introduced to solar by Steven, and I must say that his presentation left a lasting impression on me. I was truly impressed by his extensive knowledge, and throughout the presentation, he maintained a high level of professionalism and was completely transparent about how the solar system operates along with the long-term benefits it offers in reducing utility costs. He also provided factual answers to all the questions raised, going above and beyond to ensure our understanding and comfort with the next steps. I highly recommend Steven from Orizon to anyone whos looking towards cleaner energy while cutting down on costs!

We hired Orizon to install solar on our house after Wyatt came by with his presentation. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the whole process, and was quite pleased that his team was there to answer all my questions along the way.I was extremely happy with how our installation went this week. The installers were quite friendly, worked efficiently and cleaned up the site after they were finished. I appreciated how informed they kept me throughout the process. The electrician on site was also very professional, and he kept me in the loop as to what was going on and what his steps were. Ivan was very thorough in going over how the system and the app functioned. Overall, I was very happy with how it all went.

I was already receptive to the idea of getting solar panels and Arthur reinforced what I already knew and added a great deal of information. I appreciate how much time he spent with me explaining how the whole process would work. He also sat with me as I was filling out all of the forms to jump through the government hoops. One day I expressed a concern that he might be trying to scam me and, with great patience, he showed me many sites and connections that proved Orizon was a legitimate business. There are so many stories of older people being scammed. I really appreciate the time he took to assuage my concerns. Actually, it wasn't my concern, it was my families. Arthur earned my trust with his genuine personality and professionalism. Thus far in the process, I am so glad he knocked on my door and that I answered.

Prior to our door being knocked we had not even thought about solar. But after hearing the nice young man we thought it would not hurt to see the numbers. We were under the impression that going solar was super expensive but after doing some research and sitting down with the specialist our minds were blown. We are moving forward and are very excited.Julian was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered our questions right away. Would recommend to anyone!

On behalf of Thomas Lipsett (no google account): Had a very positive experience with Orizon Energy! Dejan Ristic walked me through the Canada Greener Homes process, and explained the positive aspects to join the solar community and owning my power. My power bills have been reduced to where I pay about the same to own rather than pay to rent, I have price protection and I will be all paid up in approximately 10 years.

Initial contact with the sales team was great, however, once a deposit was placed the project was forgotten about. The owner got in touch with me and profusely apologized for the mishandling and admitted their customer service needed improvement. After a few conversations there was much better clarity on the process for installing the solar panels, an anticipated completion date and any actions required by Orizon and third party companies to complete the project.

The Orizon crew was excellent, they were very knowledgeable about their product. They kept the installation very clean. I found the guys to be polite and respectful. I would have them back again.
