Dropped off our dog Soca last week. Was greeted at the door by staff and the sweetest Great Dane I've ever seen. They did all the leg work in looking into our dogs vaccinations and the rest of the service was great from start to finish. Whatever they did to battle my dogs shedding worked like a charm. Would definitely recommend!

My Dog Dexter has been going to this groomer for over 10 years. I am always so happy with the service received. I can tell that Dexter loves the groomer - when I enter the shop he goes right over to her for a little loving. I'm so thankful that they make the experience so great for my little Dexter.

Amazing groom. We had been here in the past and the quality was decent like most shops in the area. They have changed the bathing system, now our pooch is squeaky clean and smells great. The new owner has done a great job. We will be going back for sure!! Nice work Girls

We've only visited once so far for our Potcake pup's nail clipping... I didn't catch her name, but the groomer who helped us knew that Potcakes are different" in nature and was very patient.If you didn't know - Potcakes are extreme creatures of habit

We’ve been taking our dogs here for about 6years. A few months ago I was 20min late bringing in our little Yorkie and was turned away saying someone else has taken the spot which was completely BS. The new manager had a condescending tone…Very unprofessional. It’s sad because one of the groomers (Chantel) was our little guys favourite and she took care of him. Definitely need to improve customer service or else the place next door will be getting a lot more business.

A few months ago I took my dog for a grooming at Pawsitively Clean Dogs and didn’t have a good experience so I wrote a review expressing it.This morning I got a call from the owner, Nicole, she apologised and asked to make it better. She gave my dog an appointment right away. They took great care of my dog today, and gave him a beautiful and clean grooming and the staff were very pleasant.Everyone makes mistakes but very few own up to them.Thank you Nicole! Puppy and I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been going to Pawsitively Clean Dogs for the past 6-7 years and have always had a good relationship with the owner and the ladies that have groomed my dog. Recently since the change of ownership I’ve seen a huge decline in customer service. I would leave messages to book an appointment and wouldn’t hear back. I decided on trying one last time to call in to book before looking else where and was able to get one the following day. Both my girls as well as myself have fallen ill and I was told that I would be charged the full amount due to not being able to come to my appointment. Illness in not scheduled nor is it convenient. The way I was spoken to was ignorant and rude. They’ve lost my family and any other referrals for the future. Good luck with your business. I hope you do not continue to destroy what was a great establishment.

Amazing experience, both the owner Lisa and Lisa d who groomed my precious girl were Amazing. My poodle mix is high anxiety and doesn't normally do well in new environments or with the grooming process as it's stressful for her which is why I have been doing her for the past 8 years, but due to life I had to have her done this time and due to there calm positive nature and the environment they have created within the shop it was a very positive experience for my old girl and she came back to me not only looking Amazing but relaxed and happy. Thank you. I highly recommend

We have been taking our dogs to Pawsitively for years now and will not go anywhere else. Even after recently moving an hour away we still go back. Especially for our senior Westie. They are very patient with him and he is comfortable there.
