I have utilized services on 2 occasions. The first was when he releases his Toronto Raptor's retro print shirts. I loved the design and felt it was a timely initiative with the Raptor's. I opted to help sell the items as they were a hot commodity in the streets.Second experience was for my business I opted to purchase 2 masks and prior to sending funds asked when the items would be ready. I was given a 3 day timeline which then rolled over 5 with minimal communication. When asked for the funds to be returned because the order wasn't fulfilled. I was then given excuses and attitude.It seems that communication could be better and having the ability to handle constructive criticism would be a benefit to you and your business.
