incredible! my first visit and i could not have had a better experience. great service in all ways. very reasonably priced with quick turnaround. if you have bike needs please try them. you also will be pleased.

Andy, the owner is phenomenal!!!! He helped me out of a very difficult situation. My spouse bought an expensive 3 wheel trike to use to get around to the store instead of driving. She paid extra to have it delivered already assembled but they did a lousy job and it was not aligned properly. I’ve been out of town for a family medical emergency. Not only did he come to the house to fix it, he didn’t charge us for the work!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!! They are the best!!!! Thank you Andy!!!

After goin to the Harley Davidson in gva thinking because it had a motor that they were better skilled to square up this rim but after talking with them they suggested I go to a bike shop because in the end it was still just a bicycle wheel and they don't specialize in bicycle wheels. So, I bring it to this shop and they refused to fix it for me Because it had an extra gear. I Only needed it True'd up/Squared up". Still...They refused. In my opinion they didn't have the skill to do it. I say this because I went to a small bike shop in gva and they happily did the work I had asked to be dun. After about 30min I was back on my way. I do not recommend this bike shop for any wanting "custom" work or work similar to this post"

RV&E went above and beyond for me making sure I was happy and gave me great advice. I haven't had my bike serviced yet but I am confident I will be just as satisfied. Also, I bought an Electra Townie Go and love it!

I brought in a nostalgic family bike to see if this shop could restore it. While I knew it may not be possible or worth it, I was not expecting the employee to call my bike rubbish" and not worth his time. I was then shown a $1800 bike and when I told him I wasn't prepared to spend that much he basically scoffed and told me anything less wasn't worth it either. The other salesmen were decent

The staff is fantastic - my 12 year olds had a mechanical issue so they stopped in. The guys fixed them up - no charge and sent them on their way. Last week we went in to have the annual tune up, we were told the boys are getting to big for the bikes - we bought two new bikes. Old fashion customer service - great people !!!!!

This is my go to bike store. The guys are always so so helpful, nice and accomodating when possible. And if they don't have what you want they will help get you what you need. I highly recommend this bike shop.
