Pasadena Dental Office

I needed an emergency tooth extraction during the covid-19 lockdown and i got an appointment right away. When i went to the office i got in and immediately was seen. They had the tooth pulled quickly and painlessly. The dentist was very friendly and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done!

Office staff has horrible customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with Deana and Dr. Willis. Both we exceptionally friendly and kind. They were both very thorough as well. I highly recommend.

I have lived all over Canada. And I have had dentists in every place. Dr.Mcnally is by far the best dentist I have ever had and his assistant Rhonda is just as good! Highly recommended.

What can I say…For someone who is terrified of a dentist, total fear based I admit lol the staff was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Jess Willis is one heck of an amazing dentist. At my age (45) feeling like a toddler, she was so kind and compassionate. Oohh and patient gotta add that in. God love. Explained everything she was doing and calmed my jitters.Her 2 asst staff was incredible as well, holding some guys hand, he didn’t care, poor thing it’s a wonder I didn’t crush his fingers. Didn’t catch his name but thank you, you as well, made my appt much easier.Highly respect you all. I didn’t get a sticker or a balloon hahaaaa just kiddinThank you!!

horrible customer service, you can hear them gossiping in the back room while you wait 45 minutes to be spoken to. always rushed service. do not recommend at all
