So I work for a store that uses this and honestly this is the WORST delivery system you can use! They constantly do not have drivers, have horrible customer service and clearly have no sense of communication within the company. They'll call us and tell us they have drivers just to call an hour later and tell us they don't. Honestly they deserve 0 stars. IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

I didn't receive my order. Contacted the seller, they said storetodoor wouldn't talk to them about the order, and there has been no resolution.Another big company screwing over the little small business.

we hired them to deliver our products and we were soo excited!!! the third order we sent out was not handled properly and the client has not been refunded 2 weeks later. would not recommend. Not mad, simply disappointed.
