Salesman don’t return emails, don’t return phone calls, you must make appointments to purchase, and you’re expected to pay now and pick it up later. Not a very professional way to do business. Needless to say, now I’m going to Canadian Linen Supply for my needs.Avoid this place at all costs.

Jason Ballard is our CINTAS rep and he is outstanding. He always ensures he takes care of all of our needs at Brandt, and still takes the time to chat and get to know us. His upbeat personality is always welcome in our office, and it feels like we're catching up with an old friend. I am only giving them a 5 star because the sales rep we have is beyond amazing and he deserves to be rewarded for his excellent services. He has been out rep for some time and he has gone above and beyond, every single time. He’s great with time management, problem solving and making his clients happy. The company on the other hand isn’t where it should be and doesn’t provide the opportunity to the reps. Management is poor and they seem to slave away their teams. Unfortunate despite having a fantastic crew!! I hope this changes for the better!

Cintas is the absolute worst company to deal with. They abused us and ripped us off several times. They cheated us and even gave us products that were expired and old. The product sales manager forced us into a contract and we wish no one ever deals with them. Their reps are super unprofessional and rude. Never again.

Jason Ballard (we call him Jay) is our Cintas rep and is amazing! He is always respectful; polite and so helpful. He takes care of all our needs, goes above & beyond every time to make sure we are well fitted with everything we need to complete our day. He makes suggestions where he notices gaps in our products or increases if we are running short on a regular basis. He really keeps track of us and we really appreciate him. W

Jason Ballard Is our rep. He is amazing always takes time to say hello and make sure we have everything we need. He also installed some of our dispensers that hadn't been installed yet. That helped us out a lot. Always goes above and beyond every visit. Great guy and we are happy to have him as our rep.
