Great experience selling my used car with low mileage to them and got a very fair price. Service was great and Keith made the sale process of my former car very smooth and easy and saved me some precious time.

I posted this review before and they took it down, I also never received a call back about why they charged me for things they shouldn’t have. Chrysler has the worst warranty and customer service ever, they never once honoured my gold warranty plan.Took my truck in to have an air leak looked at, was told they could fix it but when I got my truck back, I had a 550$ bill of sale for parts that did not fix my issue AND that should've been covered under my gold warranty plan, not to mention my front sensor service requirement message that keeps showing up on my dash ever since I took my truck to this location. These guys will lie to your face to avoid doing any work that warranty covers just to fill their pockets. They charged me for an exhaust flange and a donut seal that would've been damaged or ceased from the faulty exhaust manifold issue I keep having. Also, they told me the air I hear while I accelerate is coming from a drain plug from my sunroof that they charged me to reposition, which I find humorous because it didn't fix anything except cost me money, even though my sunroof service is covered under warranty as well. Other issues with my vehicle they laugh about and brush it off as nothing to worry about, even the GM is rude and just told me to call Mopar or take it somewhere else. They are rude, unprofessional and have a crooked thieves vibe. Stay away from this place, wouldn't even give it a one star if Google let me.

More than 5 stars. Keith and Dan were fantastic. We sold our car to them. When we sell our car, trustness is most priority. They showed absolute failth to us. They have very trustful and nice manner. They clearly explained everything to us. What a gentle mans! Thank Keith and Dan!!!

Arnprior Chrysler always provides fast and very friendly service! The customer waiting area is very nice and clean. Their online appointment booking service is very convenient and easy to use! Will definitely continue coming here for my oil changes.

Absolutely outstanding sales experience. I cannot over emphasize how impressed we were with the car buying experience from start to finish.We were given as much time to explore the car that we were interested in with as little or as much involvement from the sales staff as we wanted. Pricing discussion was simple and seemed forthright and honest. No back and forth sales tactics. Options were all presented up front and we weren't given endless rounds of sales pitches. Once we decided to purchase, the team bent over backwards to deliver the vehicle in record time to accommodate our busy schedule.We were introduced to everyone in the dealership so that we felt comfortable reaching out to anyone with questions in the after purchase period.It's worth the drive from Ottawa to purchase your vehicle here. Best car buying experience we have ever had.

An example of great and understanding customer service. Was travelling in the area and have a new dodge diesel truck which triggered a DEF sensor problem so I pulled into the dealership under a time crunch to make meetings a couple hours away. Blake handled it with care and urgency, when he realized it would take a couple hours to diagnose they gave me their dealer courtesy vehicle so I could make the meeting. My truck was not from their dealership, but he understood my situation and really helped out. Being a small business owner I really appreciate the effort he made and hope my employee’s have the same customer service sense when dealing with customers. Really great job!

Responding to your comment on my review, you’re dead wrong. You did warranty work on an alternator and a fuel pump but ignored every other serious issue with my vehicle (air suspension not working, lifters ticking unevenly, truck surging in idle, rev sticking and extremely horrible binding sounds when turning which you said were my brand new tires lol), then charged me 550$ for an exhaust flange donut and to somehow “reposition” my drain plugs for my sunroof lol, which you said was the cause for the air leak sound I hear when accelerating which makes no senseNow the leaking air sound when accelerating is worse than it was as it wasn’t fixed the first time.You were far from polite, you were arrogant, cocky and had no sympathy or time to hear my complaints and told me to call Chrysler instead. Your dealership is broken
