Cerdo Tacos + Tequila
My first time here was for Cinco De Mayo and it won’t be my last! I drove in from Sherwood Park with some friends and had an amazing experience. The service was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. We tried the carnitas tacos and the chicken quesadilla and both were fantastic. The portion sizes were very generous and the bartenders margarita was exactly what we needed on a hot sunny day. This was a great experience and I will be back very soon!

First off, you have one server during the busy supper rush, who I will add, was very rude. There were several mistakes on our order which weren't rectified. I’m unsure why my order came first, and my husband never received his meal. He sat patiently for 10 mins waiting for his food, which never came! You only have a few things on your menu and you can’t get it, right? My margarita was watered down. I could go on, but I won’t, Thank- you for ruining our meal. We will NOT be back to your restaurant and I hope people take the time to read this review. Last time I checked when you go to a restaurant you’re greeted, and when you order a meal for two people most times the meals come together. One server cannot manage 10 tables, including the table outside, and walk-in orders. This is my second time here, and there has ONLY EVER been one Male server. I suggest if you want to continue in the restaurant business, you work on your management skills on the front and back end.

Really friendly staff, the server we had was awesome! Cocktails were delicious, the food came out quick, huge portions and amazing tacos! The homemade salsa and guacamole was also terrific.

Went between lunch and dinner service, most places in the area were closed.Happy this was open because it was delicious.Fresh chips, excellent shrimp tacos.Friendly and fast service.

We love Mexican food and try it wherever we find some. This place has decent food and Service but Exhorbinate Prices.3 tacos each, corn chips with dip to start, one beer, and one drink, $110 bucks all in. Food was pretty good, the shrimp tacos were much better than the beef ones. Also, the tacos and corn chips all come out of a bag. Not home made.Very pleasant servers, but the decor is really basic, chairs are not that comfortable and value for price is way short. The other local Mexican places are literally half the price and the food is just as good. I can get a steak dinner for 2 in St Albert for the same money. I would not go back at these prices.

This place was absolutely incredible. The food was nothing less of amazing and the portions were gigantic for being tacos. Also, the staff were very friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

The tres dip is okay. I was hoping for in house made tortillas and was a bit disappointed that they were just regular tortilla chips, seemingly out of a bag. The salsas and guacamole were good. I prefer a chunkier salsa, theirs are more blended. Flavor was nice.The bathroom was dirty. The toilet needed to be scrubbed, the door needed to be cleaned. The atmosphere is okay, the main restaurant area seemed clean enough.Service was good. The waitress was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

Love supporting this independently family owned restaurant. Yummy Mexican food and drink fare, fun atmosphere and great service!! I applaud the servers when it gets crazy busy and they are bustling to tend to tables and take out orders. Also has a small and quaint upstairs outdoor patio that is sought after by so many. Keep up the great work, Cerdo! You are an excellent compliment to our little city!! Ole!

Sorry but Only thing good is the nice server. Shrimp tacos were straight out of a package (like the shrimp ring ones), no seasonings quite disappointing to pay $16 for 2. This is just lazy cooking... just get some cooked shrimp from a store and packaged cabbage and packaged tortillas, add some sauce and there you have it.
