Ordered the red eye ice Capps and they handed them to my boyfriend and I, one was full and then one was 3/4 full, there was obviously a lot missing and very noticeable. They noticed as well and did nothing about it. The breakfast wrap was poorly made compared to other Tim Hortons we've been too.

Really frustrating. Asking the in-training woman repeatedly for no sugar in my drink - shows up on the screen as classic" not "no sugar" so I ask again. She speaks to another worker in what I'd assume is Tagalog

horrible service everytime i go, anything communicated at the speaker doesnt go through to the employees even after youve corrected them. Tells me there wont be a wait, ends up almost late for work because there was a 10 minute wait on wedges! let me know next time i ask if theres a wait. And multiple complains about the food. my chicken in my sandwich was very obvious not cooked on the inside, aswell as recieving a “bacon grilled cheese melt” with no bacon, 5 slices of kraft cheese UNMELTED. Extremely unacceptable as everytime theres something to complain about. Nevermind the employees are extremely rude when it comes to correcting these issues. Joan shouldnt be giving customers dirty looks as a “good morning”

was not good order potato wedges they were dried right out an not even lukewarm wasn't even enough in box to cover the bottom and charged us full price not happy customer if was way to send you the picture of 0ur awful potato wedges I would
