Had my very first professional massage here and it was well worth it. Professional staff and clean relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will be seeing me again fa sure!

I booked a last minute massage with Aftab, And he was world class. My shoulder and neck had been bothering me for a while, And I just had a massage a few weeks ago at another location.. Aftab was so professional and I immediately felt like a million dollars.Being a woman, I thought it might be a little uncomfortable booking with a man, but that was not the case at all.Aftab was highly professional, highly communicative, And brought me a significant amount of relief with my massage.He also gave me a lot of gentle and helpful advice, and made some very gentle recommendations for me.Thank you again I will be booking with Aftab for sure in future.

I started going to this place for massage therapy sessions recently. Their massage rooms are clean and spacious. Their therapists are mostly professional and friendly. The receptionist who was working on April 26th, 2023 around noon was very nice and friendly.

Do NOT go to this place!!!Really terrible first time experience-The massage oil smells really disgusting and it didn’t go away even after several time of washing…for a price of $100 massage this place should at least use a proper oil-I asked several time to please check my insurance coverage…no information was given to me before the massage. I was told that they cannot bill my insurance company only AFTER I came out of the room.They said I have to claim it myself.-I didn’t received the full 60 minutes massage-This place is also overpriced…many places offer better customer service and massages with much less fee-The receptionist was not nice

First time visiting MA Richmond Hill for a deep tissue massage and it was a fantastic visit. Puneet was amazing and gave such great pressure, my sister said Jennifer was great and even massaged her face! My partner had his first massage EVER with Adam and I’m glad I chose Adam via Google reviews for him. He said he was super strong, used his might on his body and now he feels like relaxed butter :)Owner Ron was so friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing place! Can’t wait to return. I went for my first massage today and am so grateful for the relief I am already feeling. Everyone who works at this location is excellent and is very focused on client needs. Andy, the RMT, was incredible! I already booked my next visit for next week. I highly recommend Massage Addict Richmond Hill!

I've been going regularly once a month on membership for almost two years now. I’ve also had experience with multiple different massage therapists at different places. I used to always be treated by Kristen E., but ever since her departure in 2021 I’ve been receiving treatment from Rachel M.. Both of these highly trained massage therapists offer an excellent deep tissue massage, and I mainly use this to aid my recovery for triathlon training. The staff and management are always super friendly, flexible, and accommodating to my needs, and I would highly recommend Rachel M. at Massage Addict, Richmond Hill! 10/10 massage (professionalism, pressure levels and adjustment throughout, sensitivity and responsiveness to needs assessment, finding and working on additional areas ad-hoc), you cannot go wrong!

Excellent customer service. The owner was amazing at resolving any issues I’ve had. Staff is alway friendly and polite. Great massages and chiropractor appointments. I’ve been a client about 2 years and I go monthly. They have several RMTs so if ones touch doesn’t suit your needs, try another!

This location has many great massage therapists. However, the therapist, Lilly, is quite rude and fails to check in with me to see if the pressure applied is fine or not. She created a distant and cold vibe in the room. I felt more stressed out after my session with her... I will go back to this location but never with her again.
