Went to get my child passport photos during the allotted times, but the staff refused to do the photos even though there location offers them.

EDITED REVIEW. The mail was probably delivered, but it was not clear for the first several weeks what happened to it, it is still not completely clear if it reached the destination [1] When I reported the lost of a mail to the central post office they didn’t give me any ticket number [2] They didn’t contact me later as they promised to do. [3] When I requested a refund by myself in the internet application, they almost immediately sent me ‘’ Canada Post has temporarily suspended our service performance guarantees and we are unable to issue a postage refund for your item.’’That was a bad service. ([1],[2],[3]).In any case I know from my experience that UPS and other companies also have awful customer support. They hire many incompetent people from india/bangladesh (as I noticed, maybe they have support offices in these counties) that will only waste hours of your time by reconnecting you from one incompetent tired person to another. Canada post has a better costumer support, anyway, not really good.
