Love working with Right at Home Realty Inc. Newmarket - a great place for Realtors and clients alike. Great support by Elechia Barry-Sproule - she is the most amazing Manager. She created a community-feel at this branch and pushes her Realtors to give it their all.

We went for a showing with wendy du lang neither her or her client had much to could not answer certain like was the water tested..when was the last time the oil tank was checked..they did however spend almost the entire time in the kitchen chatting in there launge i found that very rude

AGENT LIES.Unfortunately Caroline Novinic lies on her listings. We recently purchased a home from her that listed 200 amp service" as an upgraded feature of the home. We went to install a car charger for an electric vehicle and the electrician told us that the house only has 100 amp service. When we asked her about it she said that if that was important to us we should have confirmed it before we purchased and she takes no responsibility. As a licensed agent we trusted her to advertise truthfully and handle issues professionally but she did neither."

A No Frills of Canadian Real Estate. Having no broker of record available for day to day operations but using office manager instead with no knowledge but ambitions and high stress level as well as dishonesty. Switched to Homelife . The difference is a gap!

The worst experience of my life in Canada is with my agent Mansour Mansouri.It deceives you with its definition of self. He encourages you to work with him and receive benefits in return. Night Closing denied all his promises and did not answer my phone. I went to the office and explained the matter to the manager.I'm still complaining about an offer that was firm and quite flexible and had the highest price but did not win, which is very suspicious.I advise you to be very careful not to fall victim like me.
