Maverick Barber Studio - Georgian Mall

I don't usually place reviews on google, but last week and had a great haircut from Bianca.Im definitely keeping her card and would be happy to see her again in a few months.I will definitely recommend her to my friends

Best barber studio there is. I highly recommend Bianca. She did a fabulous job! Amazing customer service as well.

Did not like the haircut. Asked for a combover with the sides not cut short but got sides completely buzz cut with number 2 up to the top of my head.Aside from disliking the haircut the services were as expected and the establishment is clean. I booked an appointment on short notice and the haircut took place as scheduled and on time.I give (3/5) because of below reasons:in the barbers defense I did not show them a picture and I’m hindsight could have communicated my needs more specifically.I don’t think the barber put too much thought into what I asked for when I said “please do not shave the sides short”. There should be some accountability both ways for communication.Next time I will bring a picture to provide more specific reference.

I took my son and full credit to Josh (the barber), he was brilliant when my son was, more than a little grumpy.He did a brilliant job with a challenging customer. Thanks Josh!

Amazing service,friendly and professional staff very,very clean and organized shop.I've been going to Josh at this location for quite a while now and service and cut has been perfect every time,will definitely keep supporting this shop!

I refrain from writing bad reviews because it's not always business's fault, I understand there are exceptional circumstances but this place is Utterly unprofessional.Why would you ask for someone's contact info when you do not intend to use it?Had an appointment at 3, came in at 2:55. Was told to wait and they'd CALL me, which I presumed was phone call. But they meant wait OUTSIDE the salon, right in front of us. Okay, even though they didn't have any waiting area and there was a misunderstanding, I'll let that go for a moment as well.But that is the whole purpose of having my contact info. They knew I was available, couldn't even bother to call me. That's the whole point of having front desk, isn't it? When I reach there at 3:15 asking how long would it take, I get this answer from their expert that you weren't here at 3, I can't take you in!And then people complaint about not having enough business!

this is the only place I bring my son, and step son. great service and the staff is always exemplary there is only one guy who I wont use again as I found him rude and condescending.. didnt get his name .. but he wears young boy jeans that barely cover his manhood .. I was unimpressed by this d bags attitude toward my gf and her kid.. but I continue to return I just refuse that guy.. suggest we all do the same tbh .. let the trash take itself out..

My mother and 14 year old son went to see Mike for a haircut. I couldn’t believe it is the same barber shop that she took my son to 6 months ago. I thought they had went to Walmart hair studios when I first saw the results and was utterly shocked and disappointed. My son was embarrassed when Mike made snide remarks about how his grandma was paying. Mike thought that his father and I could not afford to pay. My son told me that Mike did not speak to him the entire time because he was too busy gossiping about other stylist in the shop, awkward. My son did not want to go to school today as he tells me he feels like the guy off the cover of Mad Magazine and he will be made fun of. Thank god I found another stylist to fix the mess Mike made.

So my luck that the barber I booked with got sick and the booker called my from Maverick to offer another expert". And I specifically reasked if it was an expert or not. She said YES. to make it simple with no names involved I want to say that the "expert" saw my haircut for the first time in life
