We are super pleased with our purchase and installation from End of the Roll. We priced purchase and installation from 4 different places and ended up working with Brendan in sales and Mark for the installation. Brendan was patient and informative as we learned about the different qualities and price points for the products. He confirmed what we had learned at other places, and helped us to find a higher end product at a better price than what we could find for entry level" or "contractor grade" products at other stores. So better product at a better price

End of Roll did a great job for me this week! I needed a replacement carpet for a bedroom. I went into the store on Saturday afternoon and Brendan communicated with me after hours to answer questions I had. By Tuesday morning Dave had measured the room and installed the carpet. Best flooring service ever!

Excellent job installing my new flooring. It looks great. They moved my furniture to install the flooring and replaced it when they were done. All workers were courteous, friendly and respectful. The job was done quickly and professionally.

Our experience with End of The Roll was phenomenal. It was our first time purchasing flooring for our new home and the staff here was super friendly and helped out us immensely. We walked in with a certain budget, and were looking for something durable that can handle the wear and tear of a 1 year old.We got help from Brendan in the store, he went totally over and above for us. He made sure to hit our needs as far as durability and price. It was incredible how he met all of our demands while saving us a ton of money! As we were making final plans to move to Kelowna, we endeavored to line up the work that we would need to have done in the condo we purchased. We found the carpeting that we wanted for our two sunrooms and hardwood flooring for our kitchen at End of the Roll store. Mike Lindsay, the Flooring Advisor told us that he would do his best to schedule the laying of said" within a two week time following our move. He lived up to his promise - - in fact

I had a flood in my place, and had to have my laminate and tile replaced. I could not be happier with the service and quality of the flooring that I got from Brendan and the crew at End of the Roll! From the moment I stepped in the store I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello, which was more than I received at many other places! He listened to what I was looking for, found an even better option than what I thought I wanted, and at a cheaper price than most! He touched base with me regularly, help deal with the not-so-responsive renovation company, calmed my stress, and took phone calls from me even outside of business hours. I had a very tight timeline to get the flooring installed, and it was finished a day earlier than I expected! Quality service, quality product, and just an all around great experience. Couldn't give them TEN STARS, or I would!!!

Thank you to Brendan for providing excellent service.I talked to 2 other flooring companies in Kelowna to get quotes. When they came out to measure, they said it would take anywhere from 1700 to 2200 square feet of flooring to complete the job. When End of the Roll came to measure, they said it would only be 1500 square feet and they were right on the mark (with a little bit left over). That made a huge difference in the overall price, and I appreciate their honesty. The flooring they provided was even better than the competitors. Mark the installer did a great job and had some helpful tips.I will be looking to do my basement in 1-2 years, and I will definitely call end of the roll again.

We are always satisfied with the service and the product that we purchase at End of the Roll. We don't shop around anymore as we know that we will get a great quality product for a low price. Our last purchase was for the stairway to the lower level. The installer did a super nice job and left the area clean. Very happy! Thank you!

Great experience with the team here! They were the only place in town who could get an install done on the timing I needed, Brendan was super helpful, Andreas did an amazing (and speedy) job on the install, and my floors look perfect.
