The Hour St Catharines

Went for a bday party with 5 people. The horror room was a blast, and they even gave us a bit more time to finish the room because we were so close. 1 hour 8 minutes. Captain Jack (dog) is adorable, such a nice dog, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome, weigher it is the escape rooms or the axe throwing you are going to have alot of fun. The staff is very friendly. Axe throwing ends up feeling like bowling, which is pretty cool. Will go again soon!

Puzzles need some work. Room we did required very little in the way of logic or problem solving, and as a result had very few surprises. Simple gimmick" boxes made "difficult" by red herrings & misdirection. Might be fun for people who have had limited exposure to problem-solving exercises or puzzles; otherwise a bit of a time and money-waster."

Friendly and helpful staff! The place is accessible too because it is just a few steps away from bus terminal.My friends and I enjoyed every escape room game that we did here!

My friends and I have had so much fun here! We have done two of their escape rooms and will definitely going back sometime soon!

We did the jail escape, and they were nice enough to let us have some extra time because we didn't finish within an hour. It was more challenging than I had expected which was nice. Had a great time!

Last night I took my husband and three sons 17-21 out for Father's Day..Dad thought we were going to Finding Dory:). This is my first review I have written, but I just had to. The whole thing was awesome!!! From the moment we walked in. To the moment we left. The atmosphere was so down to earth and warm. You felt they really wanted you to have a great time.. When you walk in there is this great dog captain who is away until they ask your permission to bring him out.. I love responsible dog owners..we had never been to an escape room before and we were all a little apprehensive.. Well we had a great team building family loving time and made it out with 12 minutes to spare (had to brag). I highly recommend this to any family looking for fun for a couple hours. Very economical!!! We are already setting up are next visit with some family and friends.

Just had my son birthday party at The Hour in St. Catharines. What a fantastic party!!! The boys had a blast and the staff was so fantastic!!!! The even took the time to show the boys what they missed in the room. Seriously above and beyond customer service! The curious boys even got to check out a more creepy room just for fun☺ My husband And i SO want to try it!!!! Best birthday party ever! We will deffinitely be coming back!

I would go there every day if I could!!! The Hour and Bury the Hatchet are in the same place. The Hour is a series of themed escape rooms. For a super low price $25, you and any number of people can go in a room and try to solve a puzzle. My favorite is the horror room. I'm begging the owner to open it up as a haunted house for Halloween!!Bury the hatchet is a knife and hatchet throwing range. He only charges $25 an hour and it comes with a lesson which is awesome. The owner is super nice and has some great stories about growing up in London.One of the best places in St. Catharines!!

Good escape room. I had a lot of fun and have gone several times. The new location is a lot better. I have also been to other escape rooms and they are better but this one is still fun!
