Staff were super helpful and ensured my multiple bouquet balloon orders were ready for pick up without any issues. They even bagged them, so they remained untangled and to transport easily.

This place has all of your party needs. From balloons, decor, matching plates and napkins etc. It's definitely a fun place to shop. Got a Halloween costume which was well priced compared to other places. The staff is usually nice to deal with and they always have a decent clearance selection

Terrible customer service! I had picked up balloons and brought them home and when I got inside 4 balloons popped! I called them as I had just been there 20 minutes ago since that’s how far I live from the party city and they couldn’t do a thing about it as they said we don’t guarantee balloons! Not coming back!

Tell me why you guys have balloons on display that customers can’t purchase? I went to buy balloons but I wanted the same ones that were on display but the sales associate said they’re from Amazon and parry city doesn’t even sell them!

Visit on Sunday, June 23, 2019, with several visits before. Great selection and reasonable prices for pretty much everything one may need to entertain or for a party including themed parties. Good selection of costumes as well as candy, etc. for party favour bags.

We purchased balloons here for my birthday. 2 minutes after bringing them I to our house 4 balloons popped and the Bayfield street location was unwilling to work with us to rectify the problem. We either had to return to the store now, which would require another 40 minute round trip or nothing. I will not be using or recommending this location for any party services in the future. Extremely disappointed.

I walked into this place not really knowing what I was looking for , I found all kinds of great ideas for the 40th birthday party I was buying for, this is when the staff kicked in one particular lady saw the lost look in my eye and came over, she set me up with balloons explaining transportation and set up once I got home . I will definitely be back again prices are very reasonable especially for a specialty place I was very surprised and pleased with the experience

Ordered In stock items from the website for store pick up. I was told after I called to check up on my order that they may get back to me in a few days but it was a 50/50 chance if that product was actually available. I was then hung up on and received a refund immediately with no email to follow. I also see the items I “ purchased “ are still in stock on their website.
