Pretty terrible experience. Seems they don't really want to be there too. Attitude stinks, unenthusiastic and quality/craftsmanship of the jewelry is pretty terrible.Bought several items from there - all of them broke within a few weeks. I'm even going to test the gold because I don't believe the stamp based on everything so far.Won't return as a customer, that's for sure.

Awful experience, I gave them a 14000 dollar omega watch to repair and I was promised 2 weeks repair time, been over 3 month that I can't get my watch back, they have stolen my watch, they keep blaming covid and ... do not trust them for anything they say, not even answering my phone call , they made me pay repair in advance not they took my watch and stole my money at the same time,

Sells me a chain that broke the first time I put it on the person I gave it to as a gift! I went to exchange it as it was defective and I was told too bad it's past 10 days! Thats the last time I'm stepping foot in this store. A 200$ chain should come with more than a 10 day warranty!

What a pathetic experience in customer service. I took a watch to have the bracelet shortened and was treated like they had something better to do than see a customer. The gentleman (and I use the term loosely) couldn't be bothered to serve me, so he directed me to a woman who was rude and crude. They were so rough with the watch that I decided to leave, even though it wasn't quite short enough; I just had to get out of there! I paid my bill, but will never go back. I fully understand Quebec, and the French language, but it really doesn't take much intelligence or effort to say Thank you" to your customer! Salut la visite!"

Toujours poli et attentif

Pathétique comme bijouterie. Bijou emporté pour réparation, une estimation doit être faite. 12 semaines plus tard, bijou d’avantage brisé, ''ce n'est pas de notre faute, m'offre de choisir autres bijoux avec une petite escompte'' Bijou payé 150.00$ au Japon. Valeurs de 900.00$ au Quebec, m'offre de faire réparation pour 200.00$. Change constamment de discours tout au long de l'entretien. Dernière visite à se bijoutier. Dénigre même autres bijouteries sans raison. Vraiment mal honnête, sans parlé que lorsque nous nous présentons à la bijouterie, ignore client, manque de savoir vivre. Fini Bijouterie Saphir . semblant de bijoutier, le mal honnête...

Bought a silver necklace with a pendant for my girlfriends birthday, it cost me 160$ and the chain broke the day after. Very poor quality and quite disappointing service.
