No one wants to ever have to deal with water in their basement. The teams at SAS were able to come to our home quickly, make assessments, and have us as much time as we needed to make decisions. When it came time to complete the work, the teams who worked on our home were quick, respectful, courteous and so clean. Not only was their work quality, their staff was second to none. Special shout out to Dean who was such a pleasure to work with and who helped guide me to manage my insurance company accordingly. I could not recommend SAS more!

We had a floor drain that was clogged, Dean came out and fixed it! Explained how our plumbing system works, checked out the main drain lines. He was wonderful we will be having S.A.S come to our home for all of our maintenance and plumbing needs! It was a great experience.

Love love love this company. I buy and renovated SFR home. When I finally found SAS a few years ago it was truly a blessing! These guys have done more than 8 of my properties and the quality has always been wonderful! I've never had to call them back with any complaints. They are always on time and always always come professional! Most importantly they are in and out with top quality work!

Steve came out because I wanted a quote on some foundation work and he ended up giving me very helpful advice free of charge and didn't even try to make a buck off me. Honest and candid and I appreciated it. If you're looking for a provider with some integrity then these folks seem to be a safe bet.

Dino and his crew were great! Very hard working and professional. They got things leveled that the previous company couldn’t. Dino also overcame the problems created by the foam the previous company used. They worked long days to get the job(s) done and took great care of our home. Edit: Steve the owner contacted me directly and we spoke about the concerns that I had. Glad we could work it out. I updated my review based on his integrity for reaching out and wanting to make things right.They came out last minute for a roof leak repair that another company messed up, bad.... Price was fair, but it still wasn't repaired properly. You could see daylight around where they were supposed to repair. I was told that there was no warranty, which I get, but the repair wasn't done properly to begin with; we shouldn't see daylight through the roof. After a couple of round and rounds with the tech on the phone, we just said forget it. We got a new roof from someone else a couple months later. Everything seemed fine up to that point, maybe it was an off day or something. I don't know if roofs are their forte.

SAS Services did an outstanding job for us. The roofing job was completed quickly and they delivered on their promise of a quality job. We would hire them again.

I can’t say enough good things about SAS Services. I had my roof and gutters replaced and they did a fantastic job. Larry was wonderful in coordinating all of the many extra issues I had including vents and chimneys. Shaun was always on top of things and kept everything organized and moving along. And what can I say about Heidi. She was absolutely meticulous with cleanup. Not a nail to be found. Best crew. Best shingles. Best price. What more could you ask for. Call SAS Services. You won’t be disappointed.

SAS is very responsive and does a great job. Very happy with what they have done each time I have used them. I've had them solve plumbing issues and foundation repairs. About to have them do a roof for one of my houses. Great people and quality work - highly recommend.
