We came to take our passport pictures at 7:40pm. The employees from the photo department refused to take our passport photos. They told us that the passport photos can be taken till 7:30pm. Online on their website it says that Staples works till 8:00pm but there was no information that the department to take passport photos closes at 7:30pm. It looked like the employees didn't want to help us and sent us off without giving us any advice.

I had a very bad experience with Staples to make my business card, I went there 3 times, and every time asking for some requirements for my business card and they says's we'll let our manager to talk to you and give you the price, No one calling me back and kept going and stayed in touch for 3 weeks and asking and getting the same answer and now I went to better place with a better service and they did all what I needed in no time!
