By far this is the best baBURRITO venue I have been to in Ottawa.1. Good quality food (no old food smelling of preservatives/oil). Everything was fresh.2. Service was excellent and carried out with patience with the large number of customers

Extremely disappointed in this location. I've been here a few times over last few weeks and it doesn't seem to be a one off thing. Today was the last straw so to speak; got three buritos and I kid you not that they don't even put a full scoop in the burrito that costs $11/piece. Out of the three steak was the worst with 4.5 piece of meat in it. This is completely unacceptable for this price point. Considering there are so many other burrito options in the area, there is no reason for anyone to visit this location, unless they drastically change their habits.

Ordered a crunchy chicken burrito bowl... They didn't put any hot or tangy sauce on the chicken, only 3 small pieces of chicken and bowl isn't even half full, not worth the price. I don't normally give reviews but I was very disappointed with this bowl.

A sizeable portion for an all-dressed chicken bowl.The staff is very quick, so I usually buy in-store and take it home to eat. This time there was a small line, presumably from people who had just gotten off work. The staff still worked quickly as usual, but I noticed I can order ahead on the app for pickup and skip the line, so I’m planning to try that next time.

This is the type of fast food that does not make you feel guilty after. It's fresh, healthy and delicious. We had the fish burrito and bowl and it was amazing. The fish tasted great and everything else was just the right amount and flavor. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

The food was good. However I was refused an apple juice box as apparently they only come with the kids meals but they were with all the other drinks in the fridge. Very strange , I was disappointed.

Ordered here from Uber eats this evening. My burrito was good however my boyfriend ordered a rice bowl with EXTRA protein and it was poorly portioned and sad looking. We got half of our money back.

So delicious. Tastes like you're eating something fancier than the price you actually pay! The food is always fresh. My only qualm is the sizing is inconsistent. Some people make my burrito so much smaller than others despite ordering the same size every time - I've received burritos half the size of what their poster shows they will be

Employees were very patient to prepare our bowl & Tacos as we got spicy chicken bowl and spicy chicken tacos with chips. Taste was good as well.I just feel the prices were higher compared to the quantity of the food we got, compared to other Burritos fast food chains we have been to.
