Fantastic customer service skills. We will be back here for sure. So have been back several times for chainsaw chain sharpening. Great people, fantastic service.

Although I wasn't able to get what I needed in stock the same day staff was able to get us setup for next day on my parts. Great store front. You can easily get lost in the place just trying to see what they have to offer.

An emergency job involving completely deteriorating foundation blocks on the back corners of a two car garage going down three feet to the foundation and us urgently needing a cement mixer and water thingy just before closing on Friday. Altra Rental had both ready for us Saturday morning.We had a ditch just waiting for the first downpour , but now everything is repair quickly,Thank you AltraRental for having the equipment ready for us and for loading it all onto the truck. I’ve always liked the service here and the equipment is always in great shape. It’s a shame I will not be going back and would recommend others to look elsewhere. My last visit I was told one rate on the phone for a weekend when I made the reservation and then charged a much higher rate 3 days later when I needed the machine. When I asked about it I was told that they have a few new hires but we’re not going to stand behind the quote they gave. I will be going elsewhere going forward, a company should stand behind their employees and honor what they quote or spend more time training to prevent the mistakes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing seems high, but very difficult to tell these days. Probably would not return to do business here, but can't put my finger on why?

The best service dept around , especially when you drop off a piece of equipment under warranty,And they just fix it ,..without even contacting the customer to say it's not covered, under warranty. Then I call the warranty company and NO record of warranty claim , funny. It's always nice not having the option to fix yourself and do it right...Called to see if item was covered under 5 year warranty and was told it was fixed that'll be $600.Well I didn't tell you to do the repair , you took it up on yourself, your mistake not mineI would have fixed myself.Same item broke again, took it backWhen I arrive at store ,owners were confrontational, and say we won't work on it at all,They made a scene in the store ,infront of several customers and employees, would not even give a repair price.Great service and respect for customers.Be sure to shop elsewhere. Also just about every hand and powertool can be found cheaper on Amazon

The service staff was helpful and friendly. Had a problem with tractor. They sold me apart the parts end up failing now they won’t take it in return I would recommend buying your stuff from Amazon. At least you’ll be able to return the stuff.
