I had a very negative experience here. I did not find that the staff was competent friendly or in any real desire to meet my needs. They focused fully on the sale and getting me out the door. I will not be going back to continue with my sleep apnea issues

Cansleep is a wonderful service to have if one has sleep apnea. When Icommenced using Cpap I did have great sleeps, having better energy.When I got a different mask, I put a part in too tight to the tube causing it to mot operste properly. Today Itook CPap in ti be repaired. Trouble was solved & I can't wait to use it tonight.Thanks kindlyMarlina

These guys are awesome.I needed a resmed AirMini for a trip, and even though there is a manufacturer shortage, they came through in a couple of days.They also did the back and forth quite a few times to get the pre approval done through pacific blue cross, which is a giant pain in the butt process.Really like these guys and will be with them from now on.

Cansleep was an absolutely wonderful experience for me. I was referred to CanSleep by my doctor and did their take home sleep apnea test and it was discovered that I have really bad sleep apnea. Now, I cannot emphasize how bad my numbers were and how bad my sleep apnea was. It was jarring, alarming and to be honest it frightened me. Even doing basic research you can find the drastically negative impact that sleep apnea has on your overall health.Avneet Kensra, who is the Registered Respiratory Therapist, is absolutely phenomenal at her job. I had so many questions regarding sleep apnea, my overall health, the effects of sleep apnea, and not only was Ms. Kensra able to answer all of my questions she was able to explain things in a way that I was able to understand. She really takes the time to break things down for you so you understand the massive amount of information that is being thrown at you. Her knowledge and skill in respiratory therapy is unmatched and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated her professionalism and her efforts to really help me with my sleep apnea and to get my health back on track.I don't do well in a medical setting. I'm very socially awkward and I know ultimately I'm going into any medical office with a negative mindset because it's regarding my health but I can say that from the moment you walk in the door at CanSleep it's an absolutely positive experience. Ruby, who is the Patient Care Representative that greets you at the door immediately strives to make you feel welcome and comfortable. She takes the time, especially if you're nervously talkative like me, to humanize you. I cannot begin to tell you how much I don't like when you go into a medical office, more times than not, you're treated as a number. I don't like being treated as a number. From the moment you walk in the door at CanSleep you're treated like a real person. A human being. And that means something to me.I cannot recommend CanSleep enough. If you suspect you have sleep apnea, their take home test and 30 day trial period is free without obligation, although I do encourage you that once your trial period is up, and a sleep apnea machine is recommended, that you choose to get your machine with CanSleep. There's another review that states you can find your own cpap machine elsewhere for cheaper and while that is true - you lose the services of CanSleep as a result and folks, let me tell you, that isn't worth. Pay the extra. Stay with CanSleep. Not many companies out there are worth it - but CanSleep, especially this office in New West in particular is 100% worth it.
