Little Feet

My husband and I had such an amazing experience today with the Little Feet technician Nadia. Nadia warmly welcomed us and created a space for us to feel at home. She was soft spoken, personal, kind and very accommodating. Our baby was being a bit stubborn but Nadia took her time and was patient with us as we wanted the gender to be revealed. She checked multiple times for certainty and only once she was 100% certain did she feel comfortable with sharing the gender. Thank you so much for this experience, we appreciate it! We highly recommend this service.

So happy that I was able to find out the gender at 16 weeks! The technician was absolutely great. Will be going again for the 3D later on. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience with our gender reveal ultrasound at 17 weeks! The atmosphere was very relaxed and it was the perfect way to meet our little girl. The technician was very descriptive and patient with our questions. We would definitely recommend!

Great place for a little intimate family ultrasound with a great technician! Love how my family got to see everything on the big screen. Definitely will be back!

Highly unreliable. Unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I have had my appointment booked since December 10, 2022 for March 10, 2023. Today (March 2) I get an email saying that they are undergoing maintenance and renovations and won’t be open for a while? They offered to rebook at the Burlington or Mississauga location and provided two times but did not distinguish which time was for which location. I emailed back saying that this is disappointing news only being a week out and having plans to have a gender reveal party the following day, and asked to clarify which location would be for which time. They did not acknowledge anything that I had said, but just resent the times without specific locations. I resent another email communicating my upset with the situation and to please clarify times and locations, and they haven’t responded moving forward. There was no apology in any communication, even after stating the excitement and plans we had for after our ultrasound. For people who work in a place that state that they want to make this journey enjoyable, they have now placed stress and a great deal of upset on me and my husband. Highly, highly disappointing, as this situation was supposed to be a cherished memory.Updated response to owner:You should really consider that your clients are pregnant woman, many of who want your services for emotional reasons. Learning to be compassionate and not trying to make your clients look like they’re lying is probably a good idea. My review was based on my WHOLE experience when posted. Quite disappointing to hear about this only a week out.What location are the times you have given for?Courtney”Your reply (if we can call it that - no words, just the SAME times you had previously sent as if I’m stupid):“Availability schedule;• 5th March - 12:00 PM• 12th March - 3:30 PM”My reply:“Hello,You sending just the times when I asked for the locations is not helpful. I am quite hurt by your lack of apologies for the major inconvenience caused and disappointment as we were really looking forward to our gender reveal in only a weeks time. To clarify the situation, you told me your location is closed and have provided me with two different locations and times. Again, could you please provide me with the locations for the times given?Courtney”These emails all took place within about an hour (3:30-4:30) and after my last email there was no reply.I called at 5:30 (open til 7). No answer. At this point, I’m sure any reasonable person could imagine/understand that a pregnant lady who was looking forward to her appoint in 1 week was now very upset and stressed about not getting a response to reschedule. I left my original review around 6:30.You called (“coincidentally”) AFTER I left this review (6:40) after I had heard no email updates, calling us back from when WE called, NOT a call to follow up to the emails, which you are trying to portray. You did apologize, you offered appointments at Burlington or Mississauga. We told you we didn’t want to go to the Mississauga one because of negative reviews of staff. You said you weren’t there to know the situations BUT we’re trying to get rid of the reviews (?). You told us all locations were the same (not sure how your staff work at all locations). You then said we could drive an hour to Kitchener. You tried to fit us in at the Burlington but none worked out. We were polite and thanked you, then cancelled. Nadia was super helpful in determining our gender. She really took her time to make sure she was giving us the accurate gender and explained the whole process. She also gave us a few minutes at the end to just watch the baby move around. Will absolutely be back!

We had a beautiful experience at Little Feet! My husband and 3 year old daughter were both able to attend which was so special! So happy with our visit!
