Arjun was the most helpful, patient and understanding person I have ever met at the Koodo mobile. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied with the phone and plan I was going with. Even when I changed my mind he was very polite and understanding. The BEST person working at Koodo mobile in Kelowna BC

I went in yesterday..so tired and needed to get a new phone.Dani and Abby were amazing.....so helpful. explained all the plan details and helped me pick out a great new phone and a REALLY good plan.Thank you so much for all your support and patience with a non tech savvy girl!!Would definitely recommend this kiosk to anyone who needs a new phone..a new plan!!

Abby is simply the BEST!She helped me getting a Samsung S20FE and a new plan which was only $5 more then what I was already paying. She save me some $$ got me a brand new phone. Abby and all of the staff here were such a pleasure to deal with! Abby went above and beyond and provided AMAZING customer service!! She was patient and very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the services. She took the time to thoroughly go through different options and truly cared about my satisfaction. I have had an old iPhone for nearly 5 years. Yesterday I purchased a new phone from Natasha, it was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a phone. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything to me and stopped to ask me if I had any questions. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend them..

The girls at Wow are simply the best. Their Manager Abby has so much experience and product knowledge. And has trained her employees so well. Natasha and Dani are excellent you will always be in great hands with them. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my phone's and plans.
