We were at the store in Saskatoon to have our old Apple cell info transferred to our new cell. Jaxon Smith looked after us and is a terrific guy. My husband and myself are both media ignorant (big time) and he had so much patience with us. Our phone was so old and it wasn’t easy for him to do. He was very patient and very informative. You have an excellent employee there!

My husband purchased an Apple Watch and needed to receive help optimizing all that it does.We went to i world and the Manager, Joel Honeyman helped my husband. He went through all the questions he had and mentioned that he was welcome to drop by anytime if he required any additional help. We were very happy to have someone assist us. I would greatly recommend the service at this venue and particularly the help we got from Joel.We have been happy with the previous help we were given when we purchased products there.

Sales experience was just fine but after sales support was awful. Bought a simple charging block which failed after 2 months of very light use. They don’t support what they sell and made me go through manufacturers ridiculous and expensive warranty process. Should have just bought one from a gas station - at least I would have known what to expect.

I purchased an iPhone clear phone cover. It was quite expensive but the sales staff said it was guaranteed for life. Eight months later it is broken and I have visited the store numerous times and it is quite clear the staff will not honour this product.Don’t waste your money here, it is also not an authorized apple store. Apple doesn’t even recognize it or support it. This store will likely close soon and hopefully we can get an authorized quality apple store downtown again.
