Don't carry enough everyday needs. Shop vac bags for an example. Poor selection on small home appliances. I only live a few blocks away and am not going to bother anymore.The staff is always very helpful.And the ice cream shop is a big hit.

Was followed around and harassed by one of their employees today, got to the point of pretty well telling him to leave me alone and let me shop. I'll never return to this circus of a store.

Such a high level of customer service at this store. I came in looking for a wall hook and the owner spent probably 10 minutes trying to find this $2 part for me. He genuinely wanted to help me and didn’t care how long it took or how much money he was going to make for this small part. Every time I go in the staff are all very friendly and willing to help out. The store is always in pristine condition with a good variety of goods for sale.

I’ve never been into this home hardware before. I just ran in quick to grab some hinges for a door. I was able to find them very quickly and a staff member came over to ask if I needed help as well. Quite happy with the stores selection. I will return again.

Incredible store with a very unique and inviting atmosphere! The customer service was fantastic as well. One of the customer service staff, Jennifer helped me out with getting batteries for a small toy I had bought for my daughter that didn't come with a battery in it. She happily grabbed a screwdriver and helped me get it all fixed up which was above and beyond. Also found some great pot scrubbers. Great experience!

The employees were so beyond helpful and that selection of bird feeders, seeds, etc was second to none. I think I had hearts in my eyes beholding it. Unfortunately we were just passing through, driving home after visiting family, but if/when I find myself in the area again, I might just have to visit. Never thought I'd be saying that about a home hardware

Great Store...neat as a pin with attention not only to optimize use of all available space , but very organized and items that belong together is what you intuitively will find and make sense. Very helpful and pleasant people not afraid of talking time to bring you to what your looking for. Inviting place to go back to.

Staff here are super friendly and helpful. Quite good selection despite the smaller store size. Prices are competitive (and even if some items are a dollar or two more, I’m saving time and gas $$$ not driving to a big box store). Ice cream window is an added bonus! Maybe one day they will consider adding a lumberyard….?
