Taxi info: Taxi Hypra, plat number T11216H - Toyota, Taxi number 4564 –Date, time and location: 2019/01/14 at 16:35 Mariette street, NDG, Montreal.He was stopped at the middle of the street although there was a lot of empty parking space at his right side, I waited for him for 2 minutes and let him finish with his passengers...2 others cars arrived … I gave sign to the Taxi driver ...He was calculating his money all alone without paying attention to me and others ...When I approached him at ask him to pull his car and let us pass , he get off of his car and start insulting every body like a crazy monster....When finally he left , for almost 3 kilometers I was driving behind him, ...He tried every possible thing to scare me...He was a real crazy man with dangers attitude. Please avoid this company.

Taxi Driver nearly hit us on the highway at 100 km/h because he was changing lanes without looking. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being hit. The taxi had a client in his car and I had my family in the car. We came very close to being in a major accident. In my experience taxi drivers take some risks on the road but nothing like this. I would never get into one of this company’s taxis. Their drivers don’t know how to drive. Not only do they put themselves and their clients at risk, they put everyone else on the road in danger.

Ridiculous service, driver named Hakim was extremely rude to me during my ride from the airport. Please use Uber if possible.Avoid Hypra taxis at all costs. I was travelling alone and his behaviour was very dangerous and aggressive. Extremely unsafe for solo travellers!

Excellent service! Drivers are super nice, very professional, polite. They always call when they arrive, dispatchers are polite as well, they come at the time they say they're gonna come. Much better than Diamond and Chaplain taxi

Was waiting inside montreal airport when a guy from this company convinced me to take his cab. I thought the rates were similar to Uber so I agreed but I was wrong. He initially tried to tell me it was $70 but I told him that was too much and to turn the meter on. He finally turned the meter on and it ended up being $55. Uber should have been $32. Avoid this company. This is a scam company that operates through illegal means. Complete scam.

Drivers with subpar IQ, my goldfish from when I was a kid had more brain than these drivers. Rude and foul language towards people with disability, hope this company closes, but I guess scamming will somewhat outlive the good willing companies.

I am A regular taxi/Uber client to and from the airport to home . The driver was waiting at the Uber area and I thought I’ll just jump in since I know the rates are similar. Uber $30 is my usual ride. Turns out the driver from this taxi company never had a meter running, I was going to question him but didn’t. He then manually added the amount of $46 and I was totally caught off guard of the fee. I questioned him and he said this was the fee.. totally disappointed in their lack of transparency and I feel cheated and was overcharged knowing by exact ride was planned with Uber at $31. Would never recommend

Their drivers block residential driveways while purchasing food. Very unprofessional.

One of their drivers almost ran over me when I was riding my bike. Driver was driving aggressively in downtown, while all cars were much slower due to strong rain. Would NEVER use their service. Car was number 1033 driving a Toyota Camry, license number T11241A, on a Wednesday 26 September 2018 at 5:14PM.
