This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff/manager is super friendly. If you go regularly they remember you and your name. I've never had a bad experience with them.Yes you can have the off drink very rarely but that will happen anywhere with having so many different variables in play.I've been to Starbucks London Ontario, Ottawa, off routes on the highway, 5 different ones in town here... This one is the one I try and go to even if I have to drive out of my way for it.When ever I do a long drive to Belleville or Ottawa, I make sure to stop here get my fav drink that most of the staff remember (which I dojt expect them too) have a nice friendly express than off on my road trip.Even friend that never had Starbucks before Ill bring to this store just so they can have the best experience possible

Ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk, recieved a mocha latte instead, went back in and they gave me another mocha latte, went back in and got my matcha but with dairy milk. They didn't label the cup so I didn't know it was dairy until I left. Ended up being a 40 minute Starbucks trip for something I can't even drink.

Twice within the last week I have ordered Starbucks from this location through Uber Eats. Both times I ordered a Frappuccino and both times my order came without a straw. The first time I didn’t request utensils (though, I figured a straw would be included with a Frappuccino) but the second time I made sure to request utensils and it still arrived with no straw. It is really inconvenient to order an item that requires utensils, and then not receive that utensil twice within a week.

I got a strawberry coconut drink with white cold foam made with light ice let me tell you this was the worst drink I’m not a coffee person but so how I got some in my drink I called them they were really rude to me I told they lady I got really sick I payed 9 dollars for that drink you would think I could get one that I actually ordered

Not what I expected...!I asked today for a Cold Irish Cream Cb and this didnt look and taste as the coffe I asked for. When they gave me the coffee something looked weird and after 10 minutes when I got home the coffee didn't have the muse that is usually in this drink, the flavor was completely awful and strong as if I had ordered an espresso. My two other friends didnt like their coffees as well. Really dissapointed.

I asked for simply to have a coffee that doesn't taste burnt. Apparently only 1 staff member who I spoke too the one time knows how to make a coffee not taste burnt. This product needs to be reassessed for its overall value. The tipping culture is really getting annoying here too.

Manager and employees are some of the most delightful people I’ve met since moving to Kingston. Even if it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had, I’d probably still go back for how wonderful the staff and manager are. 10/10

Another spot in Kingston for miserable employees. So sad to see big names going down just in one city. Clearly this is a management level issue. Treat your employees better so they can be friendly and crack a smile. No one likes a negative environment!
