Staff is great.. But schedule of late trains is just a guess. Often arrive 45 minutes later than schedule without any notification or explanation. Hard to arrange pickup or taxi upon arrival.

Super professional and pleasant staff. The train experience was lovely. The food cart is expensive for what is offered. Best to carry your own snacks to save on costs.

Believe me, if you want to travel anywhere and you have the option for via rail then I will recommend and advice you to take it. Because it made me feel like I was traveling by plane. One thing, need to keep in mind that when we book bussiness class make sure to book in the middle seats, do not take the last seat I will make you shake a lot. I know the business class is expensive or equal to the fare of plane ticket but believe me you will the food, service, hospitality and more. Even the economy class is far better than the plane economy ticket. It has plenty of legroom. Reading lights, seat reclining option, charging ports, laptop using convience and very spacious for everybody and does give a luggage to carry for free. Service is really exceptional and they do not charge more than the normal prices.

4.5 hour delay, rude staff and by far the least professional way to travel.

Internet service on trains can be a little slow. Sure beats flying for price and driving for practicality.

Horrible phone line customer service, doesn't give you a chance to talk, interrupts you and transfers you.

stopped 3 time to let freight train pass. Arrived 43 minutes late on a 3:30 minutes trip. no wonder trains are not popular in North America.

Great place to work. Good atmosphere, satisfying and challenging workload, great camaraderie, safe environment and good pay.

My favourite way to travel .. the service was exceptional..

Via Rail from Cornwall to Montreal, quick trip, nice trains and easy to park @ local station. Reasonable price, even for day trip. Great for train buffs!
