Cedar Brae Golf Club

Cedar Brae Golf Club is a mature private golf course that's been around for decades. It is beautiful, well groomed, and challenging, with narrow fairways and fast greens. It will test your game!I first played here many years ago, long before the surrounding neighbourhood and current clubhouse were built. It was a really good golf course back then but it has evolved into quite a gem of a facility, especially the clubhouse!After our round (my worst in years), we enjoyed dinner in their fantastic restaurant. It was spacious and airy, both indoor and outdoor. Very nice!We were all starving, so we started with their Yorkshire Sliders (Shaved Prime Rib, Horseradish Mayo, Au Jus), which were very tender and delicious!For our main course, most of us opted for the Cedar Brae Signature Burger (House Made 10oz Top Sirloin Burger with Chipotle Aioli, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle on Brioche Bun). I added bacon and cheese to mine and had fries on the side. This burger was quite hefty and delicious! The fries were equally good.A slice of delicious Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake completed this delicious and filling meal!Overall, despite my poor play, it turned out to be a good day. We got married at Cedar Brae Golf Club in August 2021 and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or more amazing service. Aalim and Usha were both so accommodating and easy to communicate with in the months and days leading up to the wedding. In the midst of covid-19 restrictions, they tried their best to provide us with options that would allow for us to still have a beautiful and memorable ceremony and reception. And boy, did they deliver! We had the wedding outside, and it was just perfect. Aalim and his team made sure the tent, tables and decorations were set up exactly how we wanted them so that we wouldn’t have to worry about it. They were constantly working behind the scenes to make sure the event was seamless. They even provided alternative options for the ceremony in the case of rain on the day of. In terms of food and drink, everything served was top quality and there was lots to go around. Lastly, the photos we got on the golf course were absolutely breathtaking. There were so many beautiful spots to take photos there! Overall, my husband and I were so pleased with the entire experience and now have some beautiful memories (and pictures) to look back on. Great food and atmosphere but the servers are not professional at all. I suggest you hire professional server who knows how to communicate with different guests and make sure every table is getting equal attention and service.

Cedar Brae Golf & Country Club is such a beautiful venue for a wedding with the nicest staff. The months leading up to the venue, everytime I went to the venue, the staff were so nice and generous to me, my parents and my husband. The staff at Cedar Brae always goes above and beyond! I had my wedding reception there and all of my guests were shocked with how gorgeous the cocktail hour was and the reception room was. The new clubhouse is so gorgeous! I can't say enough good things about this venue. Overall, everyone loved their experience at the venue especially myself and my husband. I highly recommend this venue for any event/wedding, it's a gem!

Very nice place. I went here for an event so I can't say much about the golf course. But I can say the bar inside is very very nice and I never felt cramped. Bigger then I expected!

Private course. Invited by member for charity shotgun. Staff and members very friendly . Course was very nice. Everyone knows each other. If i was looking for a club, i would give this place serious consideration.
