Hired Ben for a renovation. Job took a bit longer than expected but have never had better quality finishing work - his reno suggestions were very good and his work was done extremely well . Had him back for an extensive insurance claim (to repair water damage) and once again it was done with the highest professional quality. Sticking to the budget is an issue when changing things in the middle of the Reno because changes cost money - having everything quoted (including any changes) is essential to avoid surprises in cost overruns.

Silver Tip Grizzly Construction Ltd
Was quoted $40,000 for deck and siding, got a bill for near $80,000, project was 3 months over due and not completed, had to hire another contractor to complete the project after Ben walked off the site. We have been in court for over a year now. Case has been moved from small claims to supreme court, house is now leaking, extensive water damage due to poor quality work. Worse experience ever!
