Hi I had John come over from pest detective ,he was great very kind,the only problem was I ordered another technician and wasn't told that he was replaced.

My girlfriend and I recently had noticed a few moths flying around our apartment. Upon locating where they were coming from, we promptly called Pest Detective after seeing they had such good reviews. We weren't disappointed. I spoke to a man named Robert who had quite an extensive knowledge of our problem, how to resolve the issue, and how to mitigate pest problems in the future. He also went over their product used, and how they are safe for our pets.We scheduled a technician to come out and were more than happy with Philip. He also had extensive knowledge of both product and procedure and put any concerns we may have had to rest. He made sure to ask us if there was anywhere we didn't want sprayed, or which areas he should really focus on. Philip even parked down the street and ensured he wasn't spotted by anyone while he gained access to the building to ensure our neighbours wouldn't have to worry.They offer a free touchup after 3 weeks as well as a warranty of service up to 3 months. I forgot to ask Philip to spray inside our dresser drawers, but they were so great about it. I actually scheduled them within the 3 week period, fully expecting to be charged as they don't normally come back before then, but they didn't even bill me for it. Top tier service, I'm telling you!All in all, I would have given Pest Detective more than 5 stars. If you're looking for professional, polite, courteous, and responsive exterminator, look no further. These guys are the best!

Pest Detective was everything you would want in any company. The appointment scheduler explained to me what the technician will do at my appointment, and suggested that the technician call me when they were enroute to my appointment because they only give 2-hour windows for arrival - so thankful for this! Raj, was my technician and he was professional and thorough. He found a potential problem and made suggestions on what we can do. When it comes to pests, I would rather have the professionals handle it especially when there was a hole that needed to be filled. I was house sitting for my parents and discovered a swarm of flying ants inside the basement. I quickly phoned Pest Detective requesting Phillip as my dad had said what an outstanding job Phillip did in the past. Phillip came out to handle the problem, he messaged to say he'd arrived at 9am on the dot which he did. Phillip was professional, very knowledgeable and put me at ease about the bug situation. He worked quickly yet effectively and explained what to look out for in the following days, that he was confident the issue was resolved but to reach out if I felt a need to. I can't say enough good things about Phillip.

Raj was my technician, on his visits he was very professional and let me know exactly what the problems were in my house and garage, and how they could be rectified. Raj and his co-worker Philip spent the last couple of hours rodent proofing my home.
