Failed to transcribe. Failed to update. Failed to deliver. Failed to contact courts. Then double billed.

Please do not give Kim Fess any business. With all sympathies to her poor employees, this is the most toxic place I have ever worked. When we were working illegally out of her personal residence, she would make us all hide upstairs when the bylaw officers would appear after complaints from nearby residents. At times, Kim would have screaming arguments with her boyfriend on the phone and as we were working in her personal home, we had to endure the screaming matches, at times being sent home because she needed to be alone. I only lasted a few short months after not being trained properly and could no longer endure the lack of professionalism and risking potential legal consequences of having to lie to clients and court representatives, with real people and victims on the other end depending on work which was rushed and completed under the most toxic of conditions. Do NOT recommend, check out GlassDoor reviews for further confirmation of employee suffering and mistreatment under a tyrannical owner.

Being self-employed, working from home, picking my own hours, it's heaven!!! A wonderful team to work with, there's always someone available if there's a question or an issue that has to be dealt with.

Excellent service. I have been using them for years. I trust their deadlines and accuracy. As with any time sensitive service, you need to provide them with complete and accurate information. The negative reviews are probably from clients who did not do so, thus, delaying their work. I have used them for very serious cases and they are the best.

Videoplus provided me a written transcript for a LTB hearing (in addition to two Certificates required for an appeal). Their response times were extremely fast, whether I was making my initial request for services or getting services provided. They were extremely helpful in clarifying how their process worked and how I would receive required documents for the Divisional Court. The turnaround for fulfilling the transcript request was roughly 24-hours after providing them the LTB hearing recording.I recommend Videoplus to other requiring transcription services.

I made an order on the Wednesday. They supposedly got the audio the next day, I paid the full amount by transferring directly from my account into theirs. I was told that I would get the transcript on Sunday by e-mail and could pick it up first thing Monday.Never got the the transcript by e-mail. Called Monday morning and no one answered. Checked my e-mail and they sent me more e-mails about payment when in fact they got it. Eventually someone picked up. I was passed onto several people including the owner Kim Fess who then passed me back to the original person. I needed the transcript that day and obviously this was getting very stressful. Then they sent me another e-mail to pay them another $50 on top of the $183 for approx. 15 minutes of court time. I demanded my money back. They refused to return it. The original employee apologized agreeing that I deserved the money back. She then told her boss to take it off her pay and quit. They still haven't returned my money after two weeks. Always an excuse. I am considering legal action. This company has quit the bad reputation which is well deserved.

Kim and her team work tirelessly to get court transcripts done as quickly as possible. Their responsiveness and communication are second to none. Thank you for consistently being fast, reliable and accurate !

Kim works very, very hard to ensure the needs of clients are met. As a contractor with Videoplus I too strive to do the best job that I can with the information/recording given to prepare quality transcripts for our clients. I would also add that I have personally seen and heard the efforts Kim goes to to satisfy our clients' needs. Customer service is a priority.

Very happy with the services of this company. Kim replied very promptly to my emails, and went above and beyond in making efforts to have my transcripts in a timely fashion. Although, it's out of their control to have the transcripts approved by the judge nevertheless I couldn't ask for much better service. Thank you kim :-)
