I met Tanveer in 2018 at a wedding show. I didn't know anyone that had used her service before, or that had known her or anyone on her team personally. From my first interaction with her, I found her to be very kind and professional. She worked very well with my family and my husbands family to make sure the event executed on a timely matter. I could not recommend getting a wedding planner enough. Tanveer had an immense amount of knowledge about the wedding industry and made sure that we did not overlook any details. It also helped that she was a sweet individual herself and very approachable. She was flexible and ready to listen to what we needed. She had good relationships with the other vendors in the industry which made everything run a lot smoother as communication between all the vendors was great. She ensured that on the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and on schedule which is always the hardest part. If you're looking to get some weight off your shoulders during wedding planning and wedding week, I would highly recommend working with Tanveer. Love!!

We had Tanveer and her team for our wedding this past July. We asked her to help us pull everything together because we were very overwhelmed and confused and it was very last minute, Tanveer and her team saved my life. Everything went so smoothly, the decor was perfect and exactly what we wanted. They made sure we all had fun, they made sure we ate, they made sure my hair and makeup was okay, there wasn’t a single thing that I can say went wrong. Everything was amazing and perfect.

Ambient Events did an exceptional job coordinating our Sikh wedding and reception in July 2019! We were so happy to work with Tanveer. This was the best decision we made! She exceeded our expectations and took a lot of stress and worries off our plate. We strongly recommend her for any event planning and coordination needs!

Tanveer and her team at Ambient Events were incredible wedding coordinators. I hired Ambient Events for month-of services for my wedding in November 2018 and was extremely happy with everything. Tanveer went out of her way to ensure everything happened to my liking. From the very first meeting to the very last, she was professional, paid attention to detail, and was extremely helpful with everything I needed. I didn’t have to worry about contacting any of my vendors prior to my wedding as she went out of her way to coordinate with all of them and line everything up in terms of timing. She put together a detailed itinerary with the appropriate amount of buffer time built in. She spent lots of time going over the itinerary with my family and bridal party to ensure that everyone was on board and was accommodating to any of my requests. She not only took care of the big things, but the little things too which I truly appreciated (i.e. printing out my thank-you speech, checking into our room at the hotel, ensuring the money box and receiving table items were stored in my hotel room, counting the money box envelopes with my family members, etc…). There was a mix-up at the hotel and I ended up not having a hotel room. Tanveer was able to get a hotel room last minute and ensure everything was stored safely in the room.Tanveer attended important vendor meetings with me and always had her computer there so she could take notes (that she would later send me so I didn’t have to worry about remembering all the details). The day of the wedding, she was there to ensure everything flowed according to schedule and that everything was on time. A member of her team was also at my husband’s place to ensure everything was coordinated on his side as well. I gave her a listing of all the family photo combinations I wanted and she seamlessly coordinated them all and had everyone line up appropriately so that our time was used efficiently. She made sure that she arrived early to the reception to ensure that everything was appropriately set-up before I arrived.I had several people comment on how organized everything was and they specifically noticed Tanveer and her team running around to ensure everything was perfect. My wedding day would not have been so special (and organized) without Tanveer and her Ambient Events team. I was able to relax and let my hair down and have fun because I knew all the little details were being taken care of. Tanveer does not only care about getting the job done, but she is a genuine person who cares about the people she works with and cares about the level of service that she provides. The Ambient Events team is definitely money worth spent; I have come across many wedding planners/coordinators and I can honestly say that the level of service that Ambient provides is unmatched.Thank you Tanveer and your team at Ambient Events for such a wonderful experience – you definitely made my day memorable and special!

Tanveer and her team were amazing!!! After multiple postponements and the responsibility that was delegated to Ambient Events, on behalf of another wedding planner, we were a bit worried. However, Tanveer was extremely professional and friendly from the very first meeting after taking over and had prepped herself well in advance, which definitely put myself and my husband at ease! The communication line was always open which is extremely important in this industry!The week of the wedding as well went perfect! As a person who is super organized and on top of things in my life, having someone like Tanveer helped me relax and really enjoy my week. Everything went smoothly and all the guests commented how well organized and smooth flowing the events were! My husband and I cannot recommend Tanveer and Ambient Events enough! Planning a COVID wedding was stressful on its own. With so many delays & changes, having Tanveer and her team helping me out a month before the wedding was a game changer. I had already organized my vendors, guest lists, pre event details etc. Being organized was key but having a wedding planner even more on top of her game was amazing. Having virtual meetings leading up to the big day was so helpful for both of our families. She answered all questions and always had a Plan B incase things didn't go how we initially planned.I think as a bride what I appreciated most was that Tanveer was easily accessible at all times. She had extensive knowledge on pretty much anything related to COVID and weddings. My husband and I both highly recommend Ambient Events for any big or small formal event. Tanveer was the lead coordinator for our wedding day. Prior to the wedding day, Tanveer worked with me to create a full itinerary of the day. We felt confident with her level of organization, and were very excited to have her execute our ideas on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Tanveer was very calm, patient and a pleasure to have around. She was always there when I needed her, and even helped with outfit changes flawlessly. She set up and took down all our DIY items, and kept the day very much on schedule (including a Hindu ceremony which started and ended very much on time). Thanks to Tanveer, both our families and us, the bride and groom, thoroughly enjoyed a stress-free, memorable day!!

Ambient Events did an incredible job of coordinating both my wedding and reception this May. A special thank you to Tanveer, Minnie, Kannu and Jasprit. They went above and beyond in so many ways (from set up, to coordination to helping me in the bathroom countless times, fixing my makeup and lengha etc). We truly felt they took such good care of us on top of making everything run so smoothly. All these gestures make their service stand out. Tanveer was also very professional throughout and expressed thought leadership throughout the planning in so many ways. I highly recommend her and her team.

We hired Tanveer and her team as Coordinators for our wedding and we could not be more pleased! The team heard all our thoughts and concerns and made effort to ensure that our day would play out exactly as we’d planned. Every meeting we had with Tanveer, we knew we had her full attention; and she insisted on joining us for our vendor meetings too – so she could make sure everything was executed as it should be.Tanveer offered helpful information and thoughtful solutions for the ideas we wanted to execute as they related to our various vendors and venues. She and her team took care of the little details that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as working with the A/V team at our banquet hall to ensure our DJ could set up our giant tv screen and prepare our media. She even included the special notes we had for all our vendors within our already detailed itinerary so that everyone had insight to the final product. Three months later and we still receive compliments about how well planned and organized the wedding was, and this could not have been possible without Tanveer.Tanveer is very knowledgeable, hardworking and dedicated to the success of the event.
