paid $168 for a repair and screen protector but the screen broke again a couple days after, when I asked if they could help me cause I really need it for work and I was just there for a fix, like a discount or something cause I don't have the $168 that I paid, they said no and I would have to pay full price again but they would lend me a loaner" phone

I just got my iPhone 11 repaired a second time with YCN.I had absolutely fantastic experience both times. They do have very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is extremely professional with a friendly approach!Both times my phone was up and running like new in less then 30 minutes!If you are looking for a reasonable priced place with a great service don’t look any further!!!Thank you YCN !

Went in with my sister to get her phone fixed and the guy who greets you as soon as you come in is so nice. Only had to get her screen fixed and it took 15 mins, super quick, super easy. Would recommend YCN Repairs.

I would highly recommend YCN repairs. Vrushung has excellent customer service skills, very professional and explained exactly what the issue was and what the process entailed. It was resolved within an hour and very reasonable cost also.

We had two cell phones quit on us, YCN had just opened their doors and went above expectations to help us. I recommend them!! In 10 minutes they told us information that a major phone company couldn't in over an hour working on one of the phones.
