Thanks for wasting our time to print a single paper. Preauthorize payment, then send documents you want to print, wait for an email back, follow instructions, scan code, then you will get your precious paper. Imagine you need to print another paper like I had to do, and you'll need to do that over again. Seriously? Came out hands empty and not coming back thanks it's 2022 quick please

Lisa in the printing department is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find and print images for a wednsday themed pinata I am making for my daughter's 7th birthday party. Thank you again Lisa!

Had gone to Best Buy and nobody would assist me. Left to go to Staples, gave them a call to see if they had what I needed. Barry answered and was super kind in advising me they had it in stock. When I got there I could only see Barry working - he was busy with clients but acknowledged us. When I got to the counter with the card for my item, he had it in the drawer ready to go for me. Amazing customer service, shoutout to Barry.

Best part of Staples is their copy area of copy machines, fax machine and computer that gives you access to download a file or picture from your external thumb driver or cell phone and print or send. It's quite convenient. The fax machine is cheaply priced to use.

Our regular neighbourhood oneStop stationary / office supplies shop. Once I bought Liquitex acrylic paints with prices better than Micheals. They shouldInclude all services in house instead of outsourcing it coz the staff is best here . Better than Aulds road one.

Big thanks to the lady working who managed to help me print my forms for work when there were major issues with payment/internet services due to Rogers/Shaw being down. Managed to juggle helping five of us with the printers, as well as processing purolator services at the same time. Your kindness and patience was so appreciated today!
