Best allotment garden in town afaik. Only downside is that the earth is really clayey so it has been drowning in the spring.

Beautiful space to walk through. Lovely large garden spaces to admire. A good spot for children to walk through.

This community garden is spacious with friendly neighbours (in my case at least) and very peaceful. I feel lucky to garden here.

Nice to walk around the gardens. Great path for walking & biking. Bikers that i saw were respectful of the pedestrians.

The Kilborn Allotment Gardens is a spacious, beautiful and peaceful place to walk around to see various people's vegetable and flower gardens. The colors are vibrant, birds singing and crickets rubbing their legs. Something for all of your senses to enjoy Some people have gone to great lengths to optimize their crops and made their garden their home away from home for decades. Some people that border the garden have adopted small plots of land behind their property and planted their crops and flower gardens there as well. The allotment gardens is a nice green space in suburban Ottawa.The gardens also extend into natural areas where native species of plants and wildlife lives. I like to help foster an environment for Monarch butterflies so I sow wild flowers and milkweed to try to restore biodiversity in this ecosystem.If you like my reviews, photos or videos give them a green thumb up

Verry good opportunity if you can get in.The lots are quite large for a community garden and are more than affordable.If you can get a lot take it quick.
