Requested a technician to come look at our fridge that stopped working. Their diagnosis simply involved opening the door and suggesting we unplug to thaw the freezer. Didn’t even pull out a single tool. Or try and troubleshoot further by checking the fan or any components with a multimeter. After thawing the freezer didn’t resolve the issue, I’ve had great difficulty getting anyone on the phone - just passed from one answering machine service to another.

I had a gas cooktop where one of the burners would not work I placed my booking with the company call center who was very courteous and polite. Superior Appliance Service repaired the gas cooktop and the tech was professional in his duty and completed the task in a timely manner and explained the fault and how to stop it from occurring again. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

I called Superior Appliance Service on Monday morning. The tech was able to arrive promptly to estimate the repair of my stove. He came Tuesday morning looked at the stove, confirmed what needed to be done, left to get the parts and came back a few hours later to fix the issues. He was quick, reliable and professional. I would definitely use Superior Appliance Service if I needed something fixed again.

I contacted them to repair my washing machine. They organized a technician to come to my house within three hours. The technician turned up on time and the service was well executed. Price wise it was pretty competitive. Overall pretty smooth experience. Will use them again.

Technician was on time, very professional and ensured our oven was working. Parts needed to be replaced. These were ordered and company kept me informed of when parts had arrived and a new appointment was made. Very happy with the service and company follow up.

I called on Friday evening about our dryer being very loud and squeaky. They offered to schedule a tech visit within minutes. The tech called ahead to make sure he was prepared for the visit. He came and fixed the dryer in around one hour. He was Very professional, kind, and efficient! I highly recommend Superior Appliance Service! The price was very reasonable too! The dryer is fault free!
