The women at reception needs a lesson in manners. She is extremely rude and the tone in her voice is so arrogant. A lot of times the reason people need to call a center like this is not good and then when you call and get a women who rude and nasty it just piles on the stress even more. Then when you ask her to do something for you which requires her to work watch out! I think you need to reevaluate who the first contact person is for this office.

The nurse and doctor (Janice) here are amazing. They were so helpful and non judgemental. Honestly my experience was awesome considering the circumstances
